I don't think she wears glasses because of bad eyesight. Since Sasuke's and Sakura's eyes are fine. We haven't seen much of Sarada so we can't judge her strength until the mini series.
It depends on who Itachi has a child with to determine how powerful he/she would be genetics wise. With Itachi's training the child would be a good shinobi.

Itachis child would be a demi god, he would shame everyother shinobis child. I'll say it again, itachi had to die so sasuke could crawl from his shadow and naruto could become hokage. Imagine a naruto series with itachi staying in konoha...every villain would just be one shotted.
