Pic #1: Obito honored his agreement until Itachi's death, that does not imply any form of fear and it's a huge stretch to assume that it does.
It should be noted too that Obito made a sham deal with Itachi. He's not Madara, he has no grudge against Konoha, he only cared about the Moon's Eye Plan.

Pic #2: Obito was talking strictly about Itachi's trap that caught him by surprise, not about any type of theoretical one-on-one confrontation. Itachi left that trap instead of confronting Obito himself out of fear.

where the hell was it said that obito trained itachi? and even if that was true, it does not prove him being stronger, because by that logic kakashi should still be stronger than naruto and sasuke.

Itachi said that he was trained by Obito, and Obito said that Itachi knew a lot about him, but in the end Itachi believed he needed the EMS to compete against Obito and he died never knowing how powerful Obito really was.

Itachi said not to hurt the village and Sasuke and he will work under Obito. Obito said fine. But since Itachi died, Obito had no need to honor the agreement which is why he sent Nagato to finish off Konoha

Obito didn't send Nagato to destroy Konoha, he sent Nagato to capture Naruto just as he sent Itachi to capture Naruto in pt. 1.

Nagato ended up having a hissy fit and destroying Konoha because of an argument with Tsunade.
