The last panel Salada was talking about her father, Sasuke "sensed" that feeling. You know how in anime(s) character can tell if someone is talking about them by sneezing? Same difference.

It's because salad(terrible name btw) was talking about him. That's why he felt a presence for a second. Had nothing to do with Orochimaru. I'm disappointed he wasn't shown at all in the final chapter we got no resolution for a lot of things.

I think it indicates that there is no more fights and troubles in ninja world. Sasuke is a ninja so he always get the impression that some one is following him. But it's not. Cause there isn't any bad guys.
