Please just drop this guys. This is adult freaking Sasuke. There's nothing in the world for him to fear, but Naruto (and vice versa). If Orochimaru had ANY and I do mean ANY chance of taking over Sasuke, this would've been done when he brought back the Hokages, but he obviously showed favor towards Sasuke. He's not after him anymore. Even if he went after his daughter, he'd die. What is he doing now? Learning, but he isn't in the position to be plotting.
Now, that others have mentioned it, look at Salad's panel before Sasuke is shown. You see that white bar-ish line that's behind her? In manga/anime that usually always alludes to the connection of something, whether it be thought or realization of something, or telepathy. She thought of him & compared herself to him. Sasuke sensed her talking about him.
In an American cartoon. It'd be like the main character causing trouble and then leaving it behind. Another character comes to find that trouble & usually screams or thinks of that character's name & then the scene cuts to the character saying something like "Hm, now what was that??? Oh well" & they carry on about their business.
