I have a few which I think are are incredibly overrated.
1. Ace. Dude shouldn't have been on the same battlefield as the other WB commanders. The guy had a very strong first impression, but really fell short towards the end. And it was his own foolishness that led to his death. A great character who ended up falling flat on his face, literally.
2. Sabo. People think he's admiral level, yet he gets toyed by an admiral who's barely even trying. While most have left that notion, there are still people who think that. The guy isn't much more powerful than Luffy or Law, if at all imo. For the #2 of the RA, and was considered the #2 without the mera mera, he's incredibly disappointing. Or should i say the RA is incredibly disappointing if pre-mera mera Sabo is the best they got. He's clearly not even close to admiral level at this point. To me, he feels like Ace 2.0, a character who Ace probably woudl've been 2 years later had he been given the time to mature mentally and enhance his strength and abilities.
3. Smoker. The guy's a freaking punching bag and yet people try and claim he's actually near M3 level. The guy has a DF that he barely utilizes. Why the hell is he fighting wtih a jitte? He has these smoke powers that just aren't utilized when fighting with a jitte. It would be lie giving someone with great marksmanship like Usopp a sword and having him fight with that, it just makes no sense at all. And his DF really feels like a poor man's gas gas fruit. He just feels slightly above average in all regards imo. His haki seems to be slightly above average, his fighting wtih his jitte seems to be slightly above avergae (I think eh'd be wrecked by Zoro), and his physical stats seem to be slightly above average. He doesn't overwhelm me in the slightest and I think Luffy could wreck him pretty easily.
4. Hancock. She's probably the most overrated of them all. She's shown nothing that makes me think she's above M3, yet people place her quite a bit above the M3. Her feats have all been replicated pretty easily and relies wayyyyy too much on her charms. Frankly, I'd put her at Sanji's level at this point.
To me, those are the 4 most overrated characters in the series.
