I really don't want Bolt to have the Byakugan. Naruto was cool because he had no Dojutsu, so I am fine with it.

Its strongly hinted she will, Boruto is said to take after his father whilst himawari is said to take after hinata. Both kids will be apart of the academy and learn of their lineage, Uzumaki/Hyuuga. Once that hyuuga trianing sets in they will be very op'd.
