So who would win?
Depends on intel. No intel and they get blitzed casually.
This here... Kisame hasn't shown any speed feat's suggesting he slower than SM Naruto or MS Sasuke...No way is the Sandaime fast enough to blitz either of them. He caps out at V1 Ei speed, and the Sharingan casually follows that. Kisame was keeping up with Bijuu Mode Bee, who seemed to be faster than V1 Ei, but slower than V2 Ay.

Shī: Lord Raikage's nerve transmission and his reaction speed are on par with that of Konoha's Yellow Flash...Impressive that these folk are keeping up as well as they are!
But Lord Raikage has manipulated Raiton chakra to augment his reflexes! Not even the Sharingan will be able to keep up with him.

He was barely keeping up with Base B in CQC when it comes to speed and reactions. The only thing keeping him in the game was the fact that Samehada would absorb his chakra every single time they clashed.
Lol, what? Killer Bee was using his projectiles in order to gauge Kisames reaction speed, as Kisame noted himself [You must be registered for see links]. Then Killer Bee repositioned himself away from his original spot where he threw the raiton sword and shunshin blitzed Kisame from behind... Yet Kisames reaction and body speed casually shitted on that [You must be registered for see links]. Bee had no choice but to up his speed with the biju cloak, yet Samehada reacted andYou must be registered for see linkshim, and then Kisame's reaction and striking speed bested him once again. It was only until Bee went V2 that he trumped Kisames reaction speed. Stop overrating this guy; that's a general statement.
OT: Kisame solos.
Fine, I'll give you that point, doesn't really change the main point I was trying to make regardless.
What was your point..? That because Kisame could "barely" react to base Killer Bee, he get's blitzed from the 3rd Raikage? Highly doubt the 3rd Raikage is much faster then Bee, if at all. You said he's around V1 Ay's speed, and IIRC, Darui was matching him in speed.
Even if the 3rd Raikage was at or above Bee's V2 speed, Samehada should still rip off his raiton cloak before the nukite deals any significant damage that Kisame couldn't heal form. If you can somehow prove to me that the raiton cloak incorporates more chakra then 6 tails worth of Bee's chakra cloak, then Kisame gets KO'd. If not, the 3rd falls the same way Bee did.
When was Darui matching V1 Ay in speed? Given the fact they were all hyping the Raikage's speed and not Darui's, I'm pretty sure that Darui is not on his speed tier. Suigetsu engaged them both, yet he said Ay wasYou must be registered for see links. KCM Naruto, a top speedster, gave the 3rd Raikage and V1 Ay speed hype.
By just watching/reading the fight, you can tell that V1 Ay is faster than Darui by a good amount.
I hope you aren't referring toYou must be registered for see links, because that doesn't show Darui keeping up with Ay.
@bold: That was my point, but Kisame not reacting to Base B (Which is false as you've shown) wasn't my only evidence.
If he does something likeYou must be registered for see linksorYou must be registered for see linksto him instead of just charging straight through him like Killer B did, then how will Samehada absorb it? If he can't react to his speed, he won't react to a back attack from him, thus he won't be able to absorb Nukite with Samehada, thus he'd get ripped apart by One Finger Nukite, and unless Kisame can heal himself after being dismembered, that'd be GG.
It seemed to me that Bee was having a much easier time destroying Team Hebi without really having a killing intent; while the outraged V1 Raikage with Darius help seemed to be having some trouble against 3T Sasuke, Jugo, and Suegetsu. I mean, like it was effortless for Bee [You must be registered for see links] while Ay's straight up blitzed was blocked from point blank range [You must be registered for see links].
Plus, the fact that Sasuke 3T had no trouble tracking V1 Ay's movements, nor did his body have any trouble outmaneuvering him either [You must be registered for see links]. The same can't be said in his fight with Bee. I'm not seeing how V1 Ay is much faster then Bee,You must be registered for see links.
But since I can't prove the bold, I'll concede. Kisame takes him out.,If the 3rd Raikage is at V1 Ay's level speed, you need to prove to me that V1 Ay is indeed at least a whole tier faster then Bee to suggest that Kisame won't be able to track his movements and react accordingly like he was doing to Bee without too much effort. Samehada seemingly has a 360 degree absorption range anyways, seeing as it was able to absorb two different things coming from two different angles simultaneously. So an attack from behind Kisames back should still be absorbed regardless. The factor here is how much damage he'll take from the momentum of the Raikages attack; which I find safe to say, not lethal or beyond his regenerating capabilites.
All that last panel does is prove that running speed Ay=running speed Base B. Ay's Shunshin in V2 is leagues above Killer B's no matter what form he's in, so unless you are trying to say that Base B=V2 Ay in speed, I'm not seeing how this panel helps.
But since I can't prove the bold, I'll concede. Kisame takes him out.,
