I was only asserting that V2 B, V1 Ay, and 3rd Raikage were all on par when it comes to speed, not that the Raikage and Ay were a tier above, but it doesn't change the fact my argument doesn't work.

I'd say v1 Bee is on v1 Ay's level, and v2 Bee is slightly ahead in terms of speed. Though the difference in speed between v1 and v2 Bee is negligible in comparison to Ay's v1 to v2 gap.

As simple as that. This man tanked KM Naruto's Rasen Shuriken. Nothing on Kisame's or Kakuzu's arsenal would harm him. Absorbing his chakra (kisame) would paralize him, since absorbing lightining jutsus does that (Madara vs Ay)
