With the revealing information of the fourth Databook (check onemanga), we know at least that half of your theory was proven to be truth.

Tobi's goofy persona was Spiral Zetsu. This is the great surprise. With this, half of your Tobidara's theory was proven to be true.

The problem is that the second part which speaks as Madara being the one creating SZ was already proven false in chapter 681. Ergo, Tobidara isn't Tobidara, but more likely SpiralTobi.

The other thing that was proven kind of true is that Obito was being controlled by Madara. But this was proven being a seal put in the heart to control Obito/Rin physically.

...as puppets (for Obito to use Rinne Tensei - The Trump Card, and for Rin to be impaled - Obito/Kakashi's MS Awakening). It was not created to control emotions/mind, only for restraint. This is the manga fact.

This said, it is virtually impossible to imply that Madara controlled Obito, using either a Zetsu or a Seal. Spiral Zetsu never controlled Obito against Obito's will, and the Seal was only used before Obito turned into a Jinchuuriki.

Under my eyes, Tobidara's theory is over. It was not a failure, nor a complete success. But I wouldn't call it a plague... this thread was dedicated to minamoto after all, a recognition for his hard work.

At least I'm humble enough to accept that I couldn't completely prove it wrong. I don't know about other users... I only speak for myself.

new theory: tobidara put a seal on sasuke during the eye transplant or when madara stabbed him in the heart. sasukedara fv.
