Teach is underestimated as usual...even though he is currently the strongest Yonko or even 2nd Strongest
1- Kaido/Teach
2- Kaido/Teach
3- Shanks
4- Big Mom

Anyway Teach would loose high diff

Too bad that is useless since:
1. CURRENT Teach's ranking within the Yonko cannot be known yet.
2. This is Yami Teach, not Current Teach.

Teach's fruit is only good if your opponent has a DF. Its not that good at all, at least from what we've seen, against Haki monsters like Vergo. Feat wise Vergo has more strength than Teach so he wins this.

He crushed a town with his DF, so nope it's not only good against DF users. It's just one of the many convenient abilities of his DF. Vergo has no counter to his town level black hole. Teach is also a physical monster, much greater than Vergo. He almost broke Ace's neck in one hit, someone who is physically above Luffy and tanked island size quake attacks when Vergo's durability is town level. Yami Teach is stronger than Vergo

Vergo has Geppo. He can just use that to avoid Black Hole. Ace's durability wasn't that good since he hadn't been hit in a while as said by Teach, so that isn't really a good feat
