Naruto can't regrow limbs without the sun seal.
And anyways sasuke might have a arm

I want to see Sasuke and A interaction. Imagine how A acts when he saw Sasuke lost his arm.

He might laugh his ass off or pissed at Naruto for stealing his prey.

From what I heard from one of the spoilers-if it is right- It is Tsunade who creates an arm for Naruto using Hashi cells, don't know if that includes Sasuke though.

Knowing Sasuke's character, there is probably ways presented to him to replace his arm, but I think in all Sasukeness, he chooses not to as a self punishment for the crap he tried to pull.
