[Discussion] What i dont get why does Naruto have his arm but sasuke doesnt?

Do u guys think sasuke choose not to heal his arm back because it shows that his ideals didnt work and he want live that way or?

Maybe Tsunade is in the process of rebuilding an arm for sasuke using Hashi cells.

I read a spoiler earlier saying tsunade was creating arms for both of them using Hashi DNA, so i think sasuke hasn't receieved his yet.
