Although Naruto's Nature transformations does not include yin release(may be an error). It has been confirmed that he can use CoAT and yin-yang release twice in the databook itself.

Truthseeker Orbs is listed as just a ninjutsu (not kekkei mora), used by Madara, Obito, and Naruto. It says that when an individual manifests (literally "blossoms" 開花) Six Paths Senjutsu, black orbs comprising the power of all five elements and yin-yang appear, forming a circle that floats behind them. They can manipulate each orb independantly. Each orb is about the size of a fist and hides within enough power to completely oblitrate a forest. With the power of Creation of All Things, put simply, the shape of the black orbs can be freely altered, and the many natures comprising them can be combined to manifest a variety of effects. It is a power that easily exceeds both kekkei genkai and kekkei tota.

Also his creating Kakashi's eyes is the perfect use of yin-yang or Creation of all things according to databook itself.

Naruto creating a new eye for kakashi is clearly in'yoton. inton forms the eye and yoton gives life to the cells.

Giving life is a yang catogory, he place the yang seal on kakashi's eyes.

So it has to be strictly yang...

But naruto being able to create Truthseeking orbs is entirely a yin yang category alone.

...Fallacious analogy.

Inton falls under the category of Genjutsu, which is a category Naruto is not great at. And cells don't carry life within them nor you can create an eye with Inton. What Naruto did is process Kakashi's missing organs at a great acceleration, that on its own resorted the missing eye.

After receiving the Six Paths Yang Power from Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, Naruto developed the ability to stabilise life forces and restore missing organs through physical contact.

The simple fact why Naruto can't use In'Youton is, because he's not skilled in using Inton in general, his Chakra and heritage is not supposed to carry equal Inton to that of the Juubi's Jinchuuriki, and it unbalances his power to Sasuke.​
