Having Hashirama's cells also doesn't mean that your Chakra is infinite. It also doesn't matter how often his Chakra got replenished. Fact is, it got replenished several times. The cloak vanished, but he nevertheless benefited from the boost and additional Chakra.

In the Kamui land, Kakashi had the clear advantage. That's not the case under normal circumstances. Kakashi's Kamui is ineffective. Obito can still slip though all matter. Simple as that.

okay, but kakashi doesn't have hashirma cells, so it was okay that he got replenished.
Like many people already said, kakashi can warp things faster than obito is able to notice, kakashi will kamui a clone in the right moment (probably when there is a dust cloud or uses mud wall to block the eyesight...)
and forces obito after that to go intangible, the overlapping body part of obito will get cut into pieces from the other side.

What makes you think Kakashi is gonna send his clone right in front of obito? Kakashi makes the clone and instantly warps it to the other dimension. The clone wont go to fight Obito like KCM Naruto's did.

Bakufu ramnu takes more prep time, he needs to inhale deeper and it takes more time to release the big fire ball. That's why Obito didn't use Bakufu ranbu, its not a technique you can use on CQC, it gives your enemie an oppening to kill you.

I already explained why Obito wrecks Kakashi. He has kept up with the attacks from both Guy and KCM Naruto, and even with BM Naruto. He can also get the advantage with Mokuton and chakra rods.
