Everyone naturally has the potential to use a certain element,but that deosn't mean they will learn to use them or master them.Naruto always had the potential to use the Wind Element,but he didn't until he was 16.That's 4 years of being a Shinobi and not using his element.It's like that with others aswell.

Tsunades fighting style doesn't revolve around using Jutsu elements, Thats why she doesn't use them

Asakujaku is not a katon tech, same goes for air palm as Hinata used it as well while not possessing fuuton element.

Well, it's not really weird that she has 4 elements. She is Sannin and Kage after all, to be jonin you need two elements.

What I would call bs, is that Amaterasu is Blaze Release (Kishi in previous databook said that it's Fire Release).
Nagato and Konan being 35 years old.. What the fck, accoring to Chojio Yahiko died around 25-30. He died during 3rd great shinobi world war. 3rd war was around 17 years ago. So 25 + 17 = 42, and that's using 25 instead of 30, which is also possibility.

Also, since Kakashi is 31, it make him just 4 years younger than Nagato. Kakashi had 12 years during 3rd great war, so Nagato/Konana/Yahiko were 16 during civil war in Amegakure??? Really Kishimoto.
