Everyone naturally has the potential to use a certain element,but that deosn't mean they will learn to use them or master them.Naruto always had the potential to use the Wind Element,but he didn't until he was 16.That's 4 years of being a Shinobi and not using his element.It's like that with others aswell.

Well, according to Kishimoto these are true.
Asakujaku is not a katon tech, same goes for air palm as Hinata used it as well while not possessing fuuton element.

if it didnt happen in the manga it didnt happen at all. 700 chapters and not enough time? tsunade was in 2 fights and neither were short he couldve easily had her display one of these elemntal jutsu she supposedly has.
