They will still win. Someone(Franky) who struggles against Senor Pink isn't going to make a difference against the elite executives and he is stronger than Chopper. To make it fairer i think OP should add Law or Luffy

It seems that most executives require a certain trick to beat.

Pica hides in stone
1st Corazon is a haki monster
Diamante has a weird body type
Trebol has a tricky logia

And to counter that might be do-able in a 1 vs 1 match for Zoro and Sanji but if the get ganged up I don't think they will be able to come up with a solution in time to deal with those guys.

Law knew Trebol beforehand and he was able to paralyze him immediately with his ability, that's not the kind to luxury that Zoro and Sanji have.

If the two of them were allowed to fight them together one by one I think they might be ably to take out a few if they play their cards right. But eventually they'll get tired and hurt.

Sanji could probably defeat any of Executives with high diff (except for Vergo).

And they still had to fight 2 more.
