You do know that he has about 1000 jutsu under his arsenal still, right? Sharingan just doesn't automatically copy the jutsu so you can use it perfectly in that split second. Your body and chakra has to be able to pull them off. Without the Sharingan he has his full chakra reserves at the ready to be used for jutsu and not to power his Sharingan. With his Sharingan covered, he was still pretty fast and able to detect things (he also has ninja dogs still). And I'm pretty sure I have seen him use lightning blade without his sharingan active at least once, I could be wrong.

Kakashi was the youngest ever, aside from Itachi, to graduate from the ninja academy. (Before he had sharingan) He was one of the youngest to become chunin in his generation. (before he had sharingan) He was the youngest of his generation to become jonin (before he had sharingan).

He didn't get those ranks for no reason, he is strong without the sharingan. Strong enough to be a fill in Hokage until Naruto is ready.

OT: Kishi doesn't see Kakashi as useless w/o sharingan. No one has even seen his non-sharingan arsenal yet, so I don't see the point in claiming he's the weakest kage of all time and we have literally seen nothing from him. If you take sharingan from any main uchiha, or sage mode and kurama from naruto of course they'll be weaker on paper, but generally that's not how these things work.

Sure, so whats the point? I allready said he was smart, but being smart is not going to save him from an attack from Ay for example. He needs power along with intlligence. Thats when your dangerous. Not saying any other village is going to attack him, but the threat of a powerfull Hokage scares enemies from even considering attacking. Orochimaru waited and waited and waited for Lord Jiraiya to leave Konoha before attacking Hiruzen. So he can do the same with Kakashi, wait until Sasuke & Naruto are gone and attack him.

But as far as your point, here's the thing; Kakashi is world renowned in NV. As much for his sharingan as for his lightning mastery and ninja skill. No single shinobi has ever called Kakashi weak and he has gotten respect from most, if not all of the major villains. Just because you and others on NV think he isn't strong enough to be hokage doesn't mean it's the truth, for a couple reasons.

One, he just lost his sharingan and you have literally given him no chance to show what he can do before you bash him for being weak. Ok cool, but you should keep in mind that it isn't fair to judge a character's abilities not on feats, but on what YOU think he will be w/o sharingan.

Two, throughout the manga Kakashi has always been portrayed as a top tier ninja, literally since his introduction. So clearly Kishi thinks that Kakashi is capable of being Hokage, otherwise... he wouldn't be Hokage. Power is a big part, but Kakashi isn't going to be weak at all, and even so Naruto is still apart of his village, and no one in the world currently can take down Naruto.

This manga has shown the value of teamwork so much, I just don't understand why people think that the kage needs to be a solo God, when that is rarely the case.

-Pretty sure Obito called him weak, and no Madara, Kaguya, Orochimaru, Obito, and Pein didn't respect him.

-No he hasn't. Evident when he was beat around by Zabuza, pissed his pants in front of Orochimaru, and got destroyed by Itachi.

We already know the new village is going to attack Konoha, Kakashi will do nothing, then Naruto will save the village like always. Kakashi is going to be just a defacto Hokage the entire time while Naruto does all the work.
