The power he gained wasn't necessarily meant for naruto, rather sasuke needed undeniable power to control the world. From this it seems like the power he took was along the line of being permanent.
Also noticed that i side-tracked a little from what the thread was meant to be. In the future sasuke will master is rinnegan to the point of being able to use multiple techs(rinnegan,ems,regular jutsus) simultaneously. This will solidify him as the strongest uchiha to ever live.

Sasuke still has his bijuu susanoo so he is still at his prime so more mastery of the rinnegan would help him a lot
He wanted to get rid of the Bijuu, his words were that he was going to destroy every last bit of their chakra.
As in he was only using them until the time came to get rid of them, he wouldn't have done anything to permanently integrate their chakra, as he would then have to kill himself to get rid of their chakra.
And he was talking about becoming immortal so clearly dying wasn't on his to do list.
Its in Naruto's body, once you put it in, it never comes out.
That's one of the reasons Sasuke wanted to kill Naruto, also why Sasuke put it in his Susanoo rather than himself.

Because they're bound to a body? Sasuke could only do that because the Bijuu were in their physical forms. Hence why he could channel the chakra through his own CT. Being able to do that through Naruto doesn't make any sense. It's like saying Naruto and the alliance could take the Bijuu's chakra out of Obito without Naruto needing the other Bijuu's chakra to do it, when the manga confirmed that he could do that only because of the Bijuu's chakra in him. Sasuke would need his own Bijuu chakra fragments to take them out of Naruto.

Sasuke is not going to get more powerful than Hagormoro's level, due to the fact that Hagormoro had the Bijuu and the Rinnegan, While sasuke very well could (and probably will ) surpass him with the Rinnegan he won't get the Bijuu again. Because Naruto will protect all the bijuu's and make sure they are not stolen. Sasuke will eventually master his Rinnegan and use his Juubi Susanoo mode with out the bijuu's
So the Max level either Sasuke or Naruto could get too in my opinion would be either equal to Hagoromo or Just above him

He'll probably be roughly on Hagoromo's tier (Jin) once he has it completely mastered. Full Mastery means simultaneous use of the Rin'negan's abilities alongside his other abilities (Uchiha techniques) which alone puts him in Hagoromo's tier. He's already more naturally intelligent than Hagoromo, so his Rin'negan mastery logically should be above Hagoromo's after having it for years.

Dude, Hagoromo had Bijuu, Rinnegan, Senjutsu of the highest level, Yin and Yang release seals, and was able to remain after death.
Sasuke was powered up by receiving half of Hagoromo's power, if he hasn't mastered his Rinnegan than he hasn't mastered half of Hagoromo's power.
The Gedo Mazo was drained of it.
Also Susanoo is just a chakra construct not a solid object, remember that Madara did the same thing with Kurama and it ended once his Susanoo was released.

You're not getting the point.
I said at first that he used preta. You responded saying it was the outer path. I then accepted this possibility.
The outer path can be channelled through gedo mazo or directly from the user.
Pain used the outer path in the bijuu extraction process. [extraction from jinchuriki]
Sasuke supposedly did the same with his Susanoo. [extraction from bijuu]
My point is that the outer path gives the user the ability to extract bijuu chakra, either from the bijuu directly, or from jinchurikis.
Sasuke did what akatsuki did with gedo mazo using his Susanoo. He should therefore be able to do the same to Naruto who is a jinchuriki.

Re-read it. "Roughly on his tier". And yes, more intelligent than Hagoromo. Hagoromo's "knowledge" was all a fad. He was born blessed and lucky. He was born with all the means of knowing what chakra is, and that's his biggest exploit. Sasuke is naturally more intelligent. Hagoromo is more wise if anything.

Now that you put it like that? Yeah, I get it. But I doubt he could do that to an alive Naruto. But your premise is sound.
You would have to be delusional to believe that.
Hagoromo invented Ninshou, figured out how to distribute chakra to every person on the planet, and was the one who figured out how to break his mother's infinite tsukuyomi.
He also spoke of learning various cultures and other such things.

Its a potential neg diff though. Since Sasuke can use his Susano like a Gedo Mazo, he can just extract the bijuu from Naruto.
I think its something Kishi overlooked.

When you're actively born with chakra, it's not hard to figure it out. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Hamura divined the same logic around chakra as Hagoromo did. It's like being born in the late 1800's with the knowledge about cars, and then teaching everyone how to build cars. Does that make you intelligent, or lucky that you were born with that knowledge?
Sasuke was born with chakra as well genius, everyone is thanks to Hagoromo.
The only two people who knew about Chakra besides him was Kaguya and Hamura, Hagoromo had to invent all of this on his own.
Must of what Sasuke invented was based off things that other people invented.
Kaguya didn't even want her kids to have chakra, she turned on them and tried to steal it, so Hagoromo had to invent a whole new way of using it without any help, he also divided the TB and was able to spread them.
Sasuke lived in an era where everyone knew about chakra, he has had many teachers.
There is no comparison.
