[Discussion] Plotholes surrounding Black Zetsu being Kaguya's Will

So I was reading some people saying that Black Zetsu being Kaguya's Will and not Madara's has some plot holes surrounding it, which proves that Kishi pulled it out of his ass last minute. They weren't specified though, what plot holes would these be though? I really personally can't think of any, how about you guys?

Basically one can say BZ made it look like he was being created by Madara. But he would have essentially needed to read his mind in order to know the moment he was planning to do it.

How did Madara gain the ability to use these black rods in the first place?

Answer: immediately when he attached him self to the Gedo mazou statue, the same place the black rods can out.

For once, this idiot is right. Madara's chakra was being directly influenced by the Gedo statue and its chakra, which was Kaguya. Madara thought he was putting his will in, it was actually Kaguya's due to using the statue to do it.

Black Zetsu watched over the Riencarnations,epecially Indra's.He said he pretended that he was born from Madara.

Madara was still alive only because he was connected to the Gedo Mazo.So BZ was probably watching when Madara was talking to Obito,then he came out when Madara attached him to White Zetsu.

Sounded logical at first, but it makes no sense whatsoever. Simply put, Madara didn't create BZ as he was around for millennia before Madara. So Madara might have been influenced by Kaguya's/ the gedo's chakra, but he still didn't create him.
