It's coming out next Monday in Japan, but we're getting it Wednesday or Thursday. The chapters we read on Wednesday/Thursday come out the following Monday officially.

We get them earlier because the stores got them by wednesday. Some of the store owners (with contracts with the scanlation sites) scan the raws and send them to those sites so they can translate them, and we magically got them. The sudden change in dates with most mangas was due to anti piracy measures by Japanese government, so the stores get them 1 day later.
