It's coming out next Monday in Japan, but we're getting it Wednesday or Thursday. The chapters we read on Wednesday/Thursday come out the following Monday officially.

We get them earlier because the stores got them by wednesday. Some of the store owners (with contracts with the scanlation sites) scan the raws and send them to those sites so they can translate them, and we magically got them. The sudden change in dates with most mangas was due to anti piracy measures by Japanese government, so the stores get them 1 day later.

Not necessarily. Whoever sends the raws to those sites, can as well put the raws in the web in japanese (and it is done, that's how people get to know the resume 3 or 4 hours before the scanlations arrive). But it does affect the sales of the manga in japan, hence the political shift.

It's not out in japan! Japan gets it later than us actually. They get it next Monday on shonen jump. We'll probably get it online on Thursday. We are lucky tbh

Some do, some cannot afford to so they read the shared ones. No one is stopping you. You should buy your own copies. You can always use Google to find the one available in your country or hit the local book stores if you have it in them and buy them.
