History: he was born in konoha, within the uchiha village in the wars ages, after 9 years that has passed over his life, he learned his powers as a uchiha woth uchiha's best ninja " the black rose uchiha ", but unsuspectingly he was taken to the sand as a hostage in the war, but he flee out of the prison that he was kept in using his powers finding himself hiding in a old man house, this old man was an fan using master, he was able to make storms that destroy a country with one fan wave, but even so this man was good to skatchi and tought him how to use the fans correctly and make an stronger weapon of it, as he gained so much experience and mastered the power of the fans, skatchi got to the iron village and there he mastered using two sword perfectly and learned the way of the samurai by a great samurai called koasaki, but it was not enough for him so he continued his journey to the wave, mist where he trained along with a ninja called haku and zabuza and he assassin with them at that time and rain villages to learn from them and gain more knowledge.. and h time passed and he finally got to be a respected samurai-ninja traveler, so he returned to konoha where he finally gathered his family again.
