Otsutsuki Toneri, descendant of Otsutsuki Kaguya, the progenitor of chakra, the one Naruto and Sasuke fought to death. Toneri appears, using a puppet army. Against Toneri’s overwhelming power, Naruto and his friends can’t do anything. And finally Hinata falls into his hands. On Earth, and endless rain of meteorites fall on Earth and the battle to protect the world reach its limit. What is this “Shin no Saishuu Keikaku”? What is the sad fate promised to Hinata and the Hyuga Clan?

What if the Hyuga Clan were supposed to be the punishers and the ones to keep the peace? They have the ability to shut down the chakra networks and stop people from using chakra, isnt that a perfect way they could have kept the balance. Simply stopping people from using chakra.

that was put on the branch family foreheads, it restrains people too. Another way the Hyuga clan was supposed to keep chakra from becoming weapons.

Wow I really would like to see if Kishi has the guts to kill one of his fandoms' favourite characters such as Hinata. Not saying that I want to but reading this...

According to the data book, Hagoromo's twin brother Hamura took the Ootsutsuki clan to the moon to guard the Gedo that was sealed there. The fact that there are still byakugan-bearing citizens on Earth, if they were from Hamura's side, somebody may have refused to leave and stayed on Earth.

Good theory, Hyuuga's are known for destroying chakra with chakra.

I thought it could of been a little deep rooted also, something to do with Haruma.

That would be interesting. The Byakugan allows one to seal another's chakra points so I wouldn't be surprised if that is true.
