Sasuke still missing left arm?

Originally people suspected that Sasuke might have had an injured arm and because of the Chibi form hiding the arm, many suspected that he might just be missing his arm.

But now that we have new concept art for the movie, we still see his body hidden by the poncho which only adds to the conclusion that he might indeed still be missing his arm in the movie while Naruto regrew his.

What are your reactions the possibility that this might be true?

I would really be annoyed with the idea that he doesn't have a left arm.

I don't know, it wouldn't make much sense for him to not have an arm when it's so easy to get one.

If he doesn't have an arm, all I really want is a good reason for him not to have it.

Didn't the trailer show him falling from the sky with both arms though? Or was that the villain?

Either he:
- Uses an Ashura Path arm.
- Jugo will provide something to substitute.
- Naruto uses his Yin-Yang Release to replicate his arm. But still had to be healed for some time.
