Sasuke still missing left arm?

If you watch the trailer closely, after we see sai and shikamaru using their attacks, sasuke is seen throwing some king of yellow energy blast from both arms

He doesnt need his left arm. Naruto Is like a regenerating maniac. Sasuke isnt.

Naruto regenerated from a pierced lung and a hole in the chest. He can grow his arm back.

Sasuke doesnt need it. He could probably do one handed jutsu like Itachi and Haku. That would be badass

Naruto did though.....

More likely, Naruto simply has a prosthetic, either a Zetsu arm, or a robotic one (hey, they made a Mecha Naruto, after all). It would explain why he chooses to wrap it up.
