Ok lets assume your Dojutsu didn't work, he then used a quicker jutsu then a forbidden one, [Assuming quickest is E-Rank and Longest is S/Forbidden Rank.] His attack would have hit you before you were done your hand signs correct? [Not like this conversation matters as Kiwi is banned I just want to gain furter understanding of both perspectives. xP]

The speed at which jutsu are performed has nothing to do with rank :|
There are some S-rank jutsu that people can use without even performing more than 2 handseals while some E-rank jutsu take 3

You don't get it. Just because you can see something doesn't mean you can be affected by it. It doesn't matter if you know you're under a genjutsu, if you don't release it you'll still be under it. If the jutsu affected the sight, then you could guide yourself trough your opponent chakra, and thus ignore the genjutsu. But it is not visible and so you can't ignore it.

EMS allows to see through genjutsu and thus seeing throughw will prevent any of its affects affecting me. thus leaving me able to perform my attack so get lost when your not active member of roleplay O_O

I understand that EMS does not take Hand Signals to cast or use. I've said that the Dojutsu wasn't specified as if it hit or not and his genjutsu has no effect on you. Thus your Dojutsu with EMS and his Genjutsu are both wasted in this fight, they didn't work on one another.

I suppose the way he did that post was very wrong indeed thus your attack would still come at his attack. I read this yesterday. He did his post wrong and thus lost. This was the match up he used.

Now please realize this, Doujutsu don't give you immunity to genjutsus. I'll make you a list.

   When Sasuke noticed the clones created by that ninja on the Forest of Death (which is a genjutsu), he was able to se that they had no chakra. They were still there, and Sasuke knew that. He could see throught the genjutsu, not meaning that he was immune to it, or tat the genjutsu got blocked.
   
   
2. Itachi and Sasuke fought on genjutsu only, on the initial fase of their fight. Again, no immunity to jutsus.

I could go on, but if you don't get these ones, you just wont get it at all.

excatly finally the matter is settled that kiwi lost from the lightning attack the genjutsu dont always work anyways and thus this case were wasted the fact still remains kiwi lost

now will people stop arguing the facts that are here and i shall have this pointless arguing brought to an end with having it closed any more arguing from this point results in infractions for spam

You should read up on Genjutsu. Genjutsu affects the brain. [Seeing through] is a term used that is equivilant to nutralizining or having it opaque. Genjutsu is a figment of imagination even if he DID feel it which he wouldn't he would know that its part of his mind. Mind over Matter. These are people trained to kill for a living they can counter these things.

sasuke saw through all itachi's genjutsu except tsukiyomi and kaito has EMS sasuke only has regular sharringan so yes he can see through the genjutsu
