Depends on who's wielding it. That sword is as strong as the holder's resolve, so if it's someone who doesn't know what the f*ck he's doing like Obito, it'll get broken by Totsuka.

In order to seal anything totsuka has to pierce first. Totsuka isn't comprised of senjutsu and the force of itachi's susanoo swing isn't cracking gudodama. How could he ever hope to pierce? Its impossible for him, he'd need help.
