No. Itachi wouldve put up a nice fight but wouldve lost.

Sasuke managed to survive because of his mastery of Amaterasu. Itachi doesnt have that.

Ay will just blitz Itachi. Who has Itachi ever beat in a fight one on one? An actual fight. Nobody.

i don't know, ay is like a bullet. If you use tsukyomi on him... you still have him charging you like a bullet.

Plus amaterasu is too slow (itachi has no enton).

Susano'o is too slow to hit him also, and ay can easily get behind him to avoid the yata mirror.

It wasn't the ribcage. It had to have been the v2/v3, as that is more consistent with Susanoo's other tanking feats in the manga.
