Madara said that Itachi valued Sasuke's life more than Konoha. I don't know how someone who can kill his parents best friends relatives his lover but can't kill his brother. I know that Itachi might have though of Sasuke as his own son but it doesn't make sense. Itachi killed almost all the Uchiha because he knew it Uchiha's actions could trigger a Fourth Ninja War and thus killing many innocent people. So I can also understand letting Sasuke go alive but he did the wrong thing by telling Sasuke that he was the one who killed all of them and giving revenge as his motivation. Itachi could have just disappeared as if he was also killed or do something else but his action of giving Sasuke revenge as motivation backfired big time. Itachi must have realized that Sasuke will not do as he planned when Sasuke joined Orochimaru that's why he gave Naruto a power and also said that Sasuke is still pure. He also implanted Amaterasu so that if Madara's sharingan looks at Sasuke it would activate automatically. So he also predicted that Madara might go after Sasuke so Itachi should have killed Madara when he had the chance but maybe Madara was stronger than him. Anyway just looking into Itachi's actions I like his character sacrificing his life for peace but he made one BIG mistake and that could ultimately destroy peace

1)maybe i misunderstood but how can itachi think of sasuke as his son since it's his brother?(maybe i didn't understand what you said) :s
2)itachi wanted sasuke to be powerful so that he could defend himself against people who wanted to harm him because none would have been there to protect him and the only way to get him stronger was to give him a target and he made himself his target.He never knew he would turn evil and don't forget that itachi was just 16.Even a genius is not matured enough to think of the consequences of his actions after decades when he is just 16.

well was quite interesting though i must say....i hate sasuke even more b?now, he is a sad being, and i hope he will soon die, in bought the manga and the anime....

I think there is a good chance he will go blind after this fight hand have to take itachi's eyes and even if karin is alive she's never gonna trust him again after what he just did

1) I think he meant the way he attempted to protect Sasuke above all other costs like a parent-child relationship.
2) I agree with you. Itachi wanted Sasuke to be powerful, yes. I believe the goal was to make Sasuke powerful enough to beat him. He also told Sasuke to run and cling to life until the time was right to face him. Like I mentioned before, there is no way Itachi could foresee the events that would take place like the interference from Oro or Danzo attempting to take over and have Sasuke killed. He adjusted for these events by doing things like making an appearance in Konoha and giving this 'power' to Naruto.

But Obito died like 10-15 years ago. You think it took that long for the MS to awaken in Kakashi? And it "just so happens" that he could only use it AFTER he saw Itachi's? Come on man...that doesn't make sense. And where did Madara say that Itachi killed Oro to give Sauske the MS? That doesn't make any sense because Sauske killed Oro (or he thought he did) himself. So why didn't he get MS then? In terms of the Rinnegan and Byakugan, he can't copy those because those are bloodline capabilities, not techs. He can copy all of the Sharingan techs because he has one.
Doesn't add up to me man...

I'm sure most of what Madara told Sauske is a lie. He told him he wasn't the one who summoned the 9-tails, but it's pretty clear he was.

A prediction i found in a website what's interesting is the reappearance of the 4h something I personally doubt because he said that he ran out of chakra, still interesting xd

Naruto 481: Sasuke's New Target
Both Danzo and Karin fall to the floor, each struggling for breath.
Sasuke walks over to Karin and picks her by the neck.
Sasuke: Thank-you Karin, you were able to distract Danzo for me, now I just need 1 more favor.
*Sasuke sucks out Karin's last bit of chakra to finish healin his wounds*
Madara: A bit cruel don't you think?
Sasuke: I only made Taka to complete my goals, she did what she had to do, I dont care about their existence.
*Sasuke cluthes his eyes in pain*
Madara: You overused your mangekyou sharingan in this battle, your going to go blind soon at this rate. Itachi wasn't as stubborn as you.
Sasuke: I don't want to hear it, he gave me these eyes for a reason, and im going to use them.
Madara: How do you expect to take out an entire village when you can't even see? On top of that, youve lost all of your teammates.
Sasuke: Don't underestimate me, I can get my revenge on my own.
Madara: Are you so sure about that? What you need is more power.
Sasuke: What do you propose?
Madara: If you want to keep using your mangekyou sharinga like that, you need to make it eternal.
Sasuke: Forget it! Theres no way im going to resort to stealing my brother's eyes.
Madara: Who said anything about Itachi?
Sasuke: What?
Madara: Your former teacher, Kakashi Hatake has long since gained his mangekyou sharingan.
Sasuke: Hm, interesting, I never thought he was strong enough to complete such a feat.
Madara: However, his mangekyou has different powers for yours and Itachi's. Its probably because he isnt directly from the Uchiha.
Sasuke: Don't you think it would have a negative effect on my eyes?
Madara: It is a gamble, but its better then going blind.
Sasuke: Very well, my new targter will be Kakashi, he is part of the Hidden Leaf anyways, so i'll be completing two objectives at once.
*Madara thinks to himself* Thats it....
Scene switches over to Kakashi, Naruto, and Yamamoto
Kakashi: We have to bring him to the leaf village so they can examine him, this can be serious.
Yammamoto: Right.
(Inside of Naruto)
Naruto: Whats going on, why do I feel this much pain?
Nine Tails spirit: Fool, your foolish mistakes of the past will now kill us both. Why didn't you take care of your friend earlier? Now look whats happening!
Naruto: Stop talking, my head hurts so much, I don't want to hear anything.
Nine Tails spirit: (Laughing) Youre going to get us killed just by thinking too much, hilarious! Let me out and I'll take care of the Uchiha boy.
Naruto: No! None of you dont understand anything about Sasuke!
Familiar voice: Im afraid the Nine tails is right my son, you must learn to let Sasuke go.

I haven't seen it in the threads but did anyone notice how Danzou thought he was the one who was supposed to bring change to the Ninja world? Seeing as he was about to die when he said it, I'm sure he really believed he was the "Chosen One"
I noticed that after you mentioned it, but his change is the same kind of change Madara wants. They want to rule the world by controlling all the people in it. The history of all the Ninja clans is basically to conquer one another so the change they seek is to completely conquer all until they have control over all through power or fear.
The only exceptions to this seems to be Shodaime and Naruto, who believe they can create change through peace. I think this is the lesson Naruto will end up teaching Sasuke and probably the rest of the Ninja world.

Anyway. When i saw that it was the real Danzo getting stabbed, i thought: "No, he cannot die
At least not yet. He still got more to do, more to reveal!" But after his talk about protecting Konoha and supposely getting his heart pirced, i kinda got the fealing that he has already done what he needed to do. I mean, there isn`t much more he can do other than revealing stuff and "taking" Naruto.Maybe his time was up after all. At least he died nobly.
I didn`t feal like there was any reason for him to survive. I mean. His death somewhat reminds me of Sarutobi`s death. At least he seemed like a good guy in the end.

I never expected Danzo to be an amazingly important character after the Kage summit. We saw his motivations and all of the mystery that made him an important character vanished after he put himself in plain sight. Beforehand, he seemed to be the person always in control, always thinking multiple steps ahead, knowing his opponents move before they did. Considering that's not who he turned out to be, I'm fine with Kishi taking him out of the story. There are too many throw a way characters in the series now as it is.

True, but on the same coin, I don't think I could really call Danzou a hero either. From what I can see, we have two groups with different goals and means to achieve them. Sasuke at this point is a pawn, Madara is the true mastermind, so I have no trouble seeing them as a villain.
Danzou, however, is a different situation. Yes, he wants to 'Protect the Leaf' as he has said, but even then, I still question that motive. Personally, I don't think the ends justify the means. He intends to kill anyone that gets in his way; that is a mistake that causes repercussions.
If we look at things more closely, we can see that really almost all of the bad things that have happened over the series history (Besides Orochimaru, but we still don't know the full story behind that, so it's still possible) are because of Danzo. Part of the reason Nagato became Pain is because Danzo assisted in capturing his group and killing his friend. Had that not happened, he may not have joined Akatsuki and Madara would not have had Gedo Mazo in his possession to obtain the tailed beasts. If he hadn't also ordered Itachi to kill the Uchiha, we wouldn't have had the whole Sasuke fiasco (I won't delve to deep into that, because the Uchiha were going to take over the village and I have no idea where that would've gone).
Danzo has a skewed view of what must be done to achieve peace and instead of bringing peace, he ended up bringing on worse calamities.
