I'm pretty sure meditation isn't only that shit where you sit on your ass in solitude, focusing and stuff.
My meditation is whenever I'm alone to my thoughts. It helps me think through a lot of things, if that is what you want for an answer.
I sometimes get confused as to what the purpose of meditation is, different people say different things.
I want to ground myself in the present and be able to concentrate while being relaxed so my goal is the meditation where I come out 20 minutes later and literally not thinking about anything. Just go about my day with that calm present energy, that's what I want.I do 20 minutes of Zazen in the morning and 20 minutes of Mindfulness Meditation in the evening. It's a combo that works well for me.
And it is very effective.
I'm in the process of developing a website dedicated to highlighting different types of meditation, how to do them, and overall benefits.
Depending on the type of meditation, there are different purposes.

I personally tried many times in the past and I want to make it a habit, it makes you relaxed and present.
