With Obito's direct help, and I'm also pretty sure that the 4 Kages were still alive as well. Though I could be mistaken.
Ehhh MangaPanda said Katsuyu said they were only grievously wounded, not dead. And besides, Katsuyu was contributing a great deal as well.

It's difficult to say. Tsunade has a slight advantage being able to heal a large number of people simultaneously via Katsuyu. I'd say that Tsunade and Kabuto tie for #1 medic nin at the moment unless Sakura displays some great feat with Naruto and Sasuke's arms next chapter.

The fudge? Hashirama has never been shown to use any medical ninjutsu. Only thing he has going on is the magical healing brought upon by the sage mode. :|

Yeah, I did remember it eventually. It didn't seem like medical ninjutsu though.

I dislike Sasuke so I rarely pay any attention to him.
