ppl are confusing that with week we are getting two chapter next week chapter 699 and 700 which will be colored

Yeah, the early release for Culture Day will be specific to this year, however the Health and Fitness day from a few weeks back comes on a Monday each year, so we get that. We've just been fortunate to have a few holidays fall on Mondays this year.

Kishimoto actually canceled the manga after spilling mayonnaise on his work, ruining the pages of the final chapters.
He said it was too much effort to go back and redo it all, so he's not going to.
