Because that was the entire point of the Kakashi Gaiden, Kakashi's change. . .

Being "stealthy" is all well and good but that's hardly what it takes to be a ninja... Kakashi as a ninja is nothing compared to the 5 in OP. And besides, you speak as if Kakashi is the only person who's stealthy.
