Oh man... I was mistaken. It was actually about Oda told a fan of his about how OP will end. The child was suffering from a cancer... It was saddening to read.

The early one i had posted, came from the news that Oda answered Chibi Maruko chan's mangaka's query in regarded to One Piece's real form.

Don't worry. Since it was Oda, he knew how to twist the already leaked spoiler later on, we didn't know to what extent Oda had been telling the kid about it.
