Manga JJ Obito has:
-Bijuu Dama.
-Gudo Dama.
-Rikudo Senjutsu.
-1 Rinnegan which he has never used outside of the Gedo Mazo and Outer Path, and 1 Sharingan eye he can barely use.
-Regeneration, super speed and strength.
Bijuu Dama is useless since Susanoo tears down the tree before its ever fired, and even if its fired, Susanoo evades the ball itself and lets it explode elsewhere.
Gudo Dama were getting damaged by BSM Naruto's small Bijuu Dama, Bijuu Susanoo's Chidori Senbon tear right through it and kill Obito.
Sasuke is faster than Obito. He blitzed Madara with his S/T, Madara is faster than Obito. Obito gets blitzed too.
Sasuke was able to strike fast enough that Obito couldn't evade in canon, Bijuu PS is much faster than a Senjutsu V3 Susanoo. 3 Chidori Senbon fodderize Obito's defenses and kill him, or Susanoo blitzes him like it did RSM Naruto and then obliterates him.
Indra's Arrow isn't necessary. Hell, the Bijuu aren't necessary. Give Obito both eyes and nothing above changes, Sasuke just needs to use his S/T to blitz Obito or use his Susanoo. No reaction=No Kamui phasing=Dead Obito.
