They both hit an equal amount of hits. Naruto was given chakra by the kyuubi which gave him an advantage, and then sasuke drained some of the chakra - so they are both on equal footing again and naruto is just going to dodge or catch sasuke chidori by his wrist.

That's not what I'm referring too, the entire war Naruto has healing processes due to the tail beast, sage mode, and his own natural healing. In this battle Naruto is known to have massive durability and healing abilities so it would only be natural for him to take more damage, sasuke has little ways to heal himself unlike Naruto. Plus the "last" bit of chakra was just the little kurama could gather up, there's no assumption that kurama couldn't just gather more. It's been done over and over.
