the problem is that sasuke doesn't necessarily have the bijuu chakra, the chakra of the bijuu's are in his susanoo. Sasuke's susanoo is acting the role of gedo mazo except unlike the gedo mazo, susanoo only has the chakra of the bijuus not the bijuus themselves.
More than likely it is possible that the bijuu's chakra mixed together with susanoo causing a permanent power for sasuke, like now sasuke's susanoo can transform into this lightning susanoo.

More than likely we will get our answer at the end of their fight or in the last movie.

Oh, that. Rinnegan Shift, 6 Paths, MT, Flying PS which has the same durability as the Kyuubi cloak, and Sage chakra enhanced Enton. I can count on one hand how many ppl Sasuke can't one shot with his current abilities.
