How weak will sasky become when he lose this temporary power?

He will only lose the tailed beast powered susanoo. That's what Naruto's trying to destroy. If he can destroy that, Sasuke will have less chakra. they will be on even footing where Sasuke would have that 5 second cool down period between rinnegan feats. Naruto already knows how to fight against that after fighting Pain. Naruto wants a fight more in line with how they fought at VOTE the first time. Not all these crazy power ups. That's how he would like to defeat Sasuke.

The only thing he'll lose is the Bijuu power, and Naruto will inherit Yang Kurama. So he goes from Prime Madara (2 Rin'negan JJ)/Prime Hagoromo level, to 1 Rin'negan Shinju Madara level... He still is stronger than everyone in the manga besides Kaguya and Hagoromo, and one form of Madara.
