Well a long time ago when the great nations weren't born yet there was a group of gifted shinobi. They had incredible talent in water jutsu's and they made it very hard or enemies to attack them due to their strategies and such. They were called the Gyojin clan and they had a deep connection with things underwater, and with deep studies they started to figure out how to breathe underwater which you can only classify by them being half fishman and human.
The gyojins have a rare ability which allow them to be two times stronger and 1.5 times faster than a regular human being. They also breathe underwater which was explained above. They are resistant to low damage water techniques and as they progress they can start to use water up to a certain extent without the need of any hand seals.
The Gyojins were founded by a acknowledgable person who went by the name of Izuna and was the one who started it all.
The Gyojins were located on Gyojin Island (I honestly have no Idea about this one.)

Ok so, Gyojin was found by Izuna , when the five great nations were yet to be born and the clan wars was at its peak, a small group of gifted shinobi lived in peace near the coast. Which werr very talented at water type jutsu and they love every water creature.
There are 6 Ranks in the clan: Gyojin, Ryujin, Mizuchi, Suijin, Mazo and Poseidon.
Gyojins are the members of the clan.
Ryujins are Above leveled Gyojin
Mizuchis are those who can learn Sonar Ability
Suijins are those who can learn low leveled Gyojin Karate
Mazus are those who could learn High leveled Gyojin Karate
Poseidon is the clan head.
Gyojin Karate ia the clan's special fighting style.

Fishman Karate aka Gyojin karate is the unique fighting style of Gyojin Clan, the ability to sense bodies of water and everything inside a water source, and ultimately high rank clansman are allowed to sign the contract with the mighty Sea Kings.
There only goal is to destroy the other clans and wreak havoc on the RP section. Fight as much as they can, for as long as they can.
The Gyojin clan share some basic abilities related to their genetic traits, such as: their incredible physical abilities (about 2 times stronger and 1.5 times faster then a regular human), a naturally occurring mucoprotein (common to fish) that is both a protection against bacterial infections but also a natural insulator, the ability to breathe underwater, an uncommon resistance to D-rank and under water techniques, and finally incredible swimming speed. Then, as they rise amongst
the clan’s rank, a clansman develops/is taught some new abilities: a strong affinity with water (being able to use B-rank and under without handseals as well as defining their resistance to water jutsus, being unaffected by C-rank and under)

Fishman Karate is essential to be used by fishman only, it is mainly and often mistaken with taijutsu being similar with it in many ways only to the eye. There main quality is how they use something called "Shock Waves." The shock waves are created by the water molecules that are supposed to be spreaded out throughout the area. When the molecules increase, the power of the shock waves increase. Having said this, this gives it a very destructive and devastating power that can be extremely harmful to those who go against it. The shock waves dont really rely on the water though but it matters on how you want to use it. Next, Sea Kings are a special summoning contract also exclusive to Gyojins. But, the people who can only sign the contract are the masters of Gyojin Karate and are the highest rank of them all.
Alright sirs. I don't expect no template cause that is just mean, and plus this is different from elements and whatnot. I just want you to analyse the technique and ask questions if you have any which you probably should, and for whatever you don't understand do ask and don't copy other work. Okay? I want to ask that " send a shock wave to attack the enemy. " shock wave is like a raiton tech ?
Does it require us (opponent & me) to be on a water source ?
And Tides and shockwave will do the damage? (right?)

No, it doesn't involve electricity at all. The molecules in the air produce the shockwaves, by molecules, water molecules. Use this for ideas

edit: Oh my bad, you thought the shock waves was electricity? In some cases it could be, but in this case it isn't, I'll try to help you out even though im not a teacher lol. A shock wave is a type of propagating disturbance. Like an ordinary wave, it carries energy and can propagate through a medium (solid, liquid, gas or plasma). Which is what we are doing here in this training session. And its most likely you can do it with your foot, but I'm not sure if there's techniques for that, check in our Gyojin clan group to see. Also, I don't think it needs to be on a water source. The technique description itself would say so if need be.

This technique seems pretty useful. Its almost the exact alike in terms of what it does to world shaking. This technique basically gets the opponent off guard by the shock waves. How? Using the water molecules throughout the air and you just channel your suiton chakra in one of your hands and do a simple chop which then the water molecules do the work and send a shock wave at the opponent, which causes them to shift off balance. Though, it looks like this technique has some minor drawbacks. It can make you easily vulnerable by your body being exposed at different areas, like most techniques, though. I do have some questions too! When delivering the chop can it be anywhere? Like does it have to touch something? I just want to clarify this because in OP it doesn't and since this is the same exact thing that Jinbei has, I'm wondering if its completely related to what he used.

As Waste explained. It can be somewhat similar to that, but in this case. We focus on using water and at that very fines amount of water chakra. More so water molecules. This technique can only be used with your hand, no feet or anything. No I thought both you and your opponent had to be, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So yes Waste it is similar to OP and the way Jinbei uses it. If anything you'd have to be facing the water you want to chop, don't get me wrong getting your opponent on the water would be the best. But the brute force from the shockwave and water can do a decent amount of damage.
Of course they do. The shockwaves are very strong, and only people with enhanced eyes or sensory can detect the shockwave.
I'm pretty sure I cleared that all up, if you do have anymore questions about this technique do ask before we move on, do ask.
