KCM NAruto with clones and killer intent is more than enough to kill Obito. Naruto never fought obito with killing intent in the manga, he had planned from the start to talk to 'Tobi' after the war (which means he can't kill him, only capture) and he heavily implied that he held back against obito since he was alive.

--He uses his KB to completely disrupt obitos kamui based moveset, as he senses the chakra built up for the long range kamui and uses his flash shunshin to evade it, or he can simply send his clones to attack obito and kill him with a rasengan seeing how he needs to solidify in-order to use kamui,

--Short range kamui is non factor, when he cant tell the difference between the clone and the original, and if he does somehow send an entity into the other dimension then he just gets attacked from both dimensions,

--naruto would allso be able to sense obito through his SM sensing, especially when he solidifies meaning that naruto can easily coordinate his attacks and kill Obito with them
