Looks: Barney keeps his personal appearance as impeccable as possible - clean-shaven, with neatly trimmed dirty blonde hair. Because of his awesomeness he favors tailored cloaks with nicely matching shirts and pants, but will dress for whatever the occasion allows, and always with what he considers the pinnacle of style. When he's doing official Akatsuki stuff he also wears the corresponding cloak that represents the Akatsuki. However, when he has time to change and doesn't deem like the situation needs it, such as unofficial battles, he uses the specially made cloak that resembles the Akatsuki cloak but has a blue lining which fits his elemental affinity towards water. | Personality: His early life wasn't easy and as a kid he wasn't able to cope with the burden of the stuff he has been through. He never met his mother and he witnessed his fathers death which left deep scars on his personality. He fell under the influence of his feelings and he let them carry him over to the dark side. A good part of his life he didn't know of anything other than hatred towards the world, because he blamed everyone for the death of his family. Just one person was able to get to him, recognize the good in him and at least try to get him to his senses, Scorps. As time passed he managed to control himself, let everything go and become a Jedi of highest skill. He turned out to be a selfless, calm, caring and collected person worthy of the Grand Master title, although from time to time his inner Sith likes to come out and express itself in horrendous ways. |

Water Master As one of the previous wielders of the Water Goddess and a true lover of water techniques, Barney could perform them with reduced handseals. Although by losing the sword to his sensei Scorps, he lost the ability to create them from thin air and without handseals, he was still able to perform them with great ease. Living the dream of Izuna Uchiha, he strives to become the new Water Sage and show the world that he's the greatest water user.

Sound Having undergone harsh training with Xylon, Barney is fully capable of using the sound element. Due to the blindfolded training he did to optimize his skill in this to the maximum, he is able to hear things more clearly despite the pressure of battle. By being an avid sound user he also developed the Sound Propulsion CFS by combining his sound and genjutsu mastery. Using the propulsions he is able to perform swift movements with minute precision while also being able to fool his opponents while doing so.

Genjutsu Master & Surrealist As the personal student of the best Genjutsu users alive, Scorps and Lili-Chwan, Barney inherited all the custom techniques and was trained to the point of being able to call himself also a Genjutsu Master. By being trained by Lili-Chwan, Barney had the chance to feel the dark side of Genjutsu. The torturing and mind controlling nature of those techniques synchronized perfectly with his inner Sith. Being an Akatsuki member Barney got to wear the South ring on his left ring finger which complemented his genjutsu abilities even further. Worn on the left ring finger. Reduces the restraints on genjutsu: All Genjutsu can be performed without using hand seals, and as replacement the ring releases a glowing light which is used as a medium for genjutsu. Gives the user increased control.

Fuuinjutsu After completing his Fuuinjutsu training and having the knowledge passed down by various teachers, Barney felt the urge to always carry an assortment of empty and pre-made scrolls with him. After learning this valuable skill, he started turning his own body into a parchment of paper that held all kinds of seals and formulas that would aid him in battle. He has the Seal of the Water God on his body and he placed the Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique onto his chest. He also placed the Crane Summoning tattoo onto his left wrist and the Seahorse Summoning tattoo on his right wrist. Cranes are Barney's personal and primary summons and he specialized summoning them because he practiced the handseals and blood sacrifice movement and brought it to the level of mastery. Type: Supplementary Rank: B Range: Short Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique is a seal that's printed usually on the back of the user's hand, with the mark of "Disruption" in a large Kanji letter, this is a special seal that has only one purpose, which is to alert the user of foreign chakra in which it enters the user's body, which is basically what activates the seal's ability, This seal has some of the user's own chakra and is connected directly to the user's chakra circularity system, therefore when a foreign chakra enters the user's body, the user's chakra inside the seal is disrupted and when the disruption happens it causes the seal glows in a dark red color and surges of red lightning like surges of light, these surges produce a sound that's familiar by the user as well as the bright glowing light alerting the user that a foreign chakra has entered his body, this is a pretty useful technique since it alerts the user of foreign chakra in which inside his body by his opponent the second the foreign chakra enters the body, which is useful in letting the user know that he is under a genjutsu technique used by his opponent, the only downside to this technique is that if the user used the Cursed Seal, Sage Mode, Bijuu Techniques or Eight Internal Gates, the Seal would glow as well since it's a foreign chakra that's not the user's own, thus the user isn't able to know if he's under a genjutsu whilst any of the previously mentioned modes are active. Note: The Seal glows 3 times per battle. Note: No Fūinjutsu techniques A-rank or above the turn the seal activates. Fuuinjutsu: Mizu No Kami No Shirushi | Sealing Arts: Seal of the Water God Type: Supplementary Rank: A-Rank Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes: -Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times. -Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times. -Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times. Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time. Note: The seal can be combined with techniques that can logically be combined with a "water burst" from his body, as its follows logic and reasoning Note: The seal can only be used max 3 times and the effects used depend on the user but neither can be used more than 2 times Note: The user must wait a turn before using it again Note: The seal has to be stated in the biography Note: Only McRazor can teach this (Fūinjutsu: Kitā Kekkei) – Sealing Technique: Gaseous Barrier Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This is an advanced Sealing technique, triggered by a Seal that's located on the left arm of the user's body that's written with a large Kanji letter "Absorption" this seal has some of the user's chakra already infused in it, the seal sends pulses of chakra around the user within Short range from him, once there's an invisible gas with chakra infused in it that's near the user, the Seal glows in a bright yellow color and activates, quickly forming an invisible barrier of chakra around the user's body, this barrier absorbs the invisible gas making it harmless to the user's body, another aspect to this technique is that when the barrier absorbs the invisible gas, the opponent wouldn't have any control over the gas that's being absorbed, meaning he cannot reshape it or cause it to explode due to the user's chakra being around it Note: Can only absorb up to S-rank invisible gas techniques once per Seal. Note: Max amount of seals applied to the user are 2 Seals. Note: No A-rank and above Fūinjutsu techniques in the same turn. Binkan Grand Master As a grand master of his clan, he is able to utilize the Force to the fullest extent and use all its abilities with perfection. Although still very young he's starting to feel the potency of the Force and it makes him feel like a joyful kid with limitless stamina and vitality. Being a Master in all the fields of utilizing the Force he did, however, specialize in Force Alter techniques. The Force and Chakra
Binkan's abilities are all based or derived from their connection to the Force. Known as the Way, Nature, Divine Force or simply the Force, it is a metaphysical, binding, and ubiquitous power that connects the fabric of existence. Its present in everything and everything living is part of it, being intertwined and connected to and through it. While is seamlessly doesn't drive anything, its also the connection between the universe's existence and the binding that sews the fabric of existance. Only Binkan are in tune with the Force and they are the only ones that can sense it or be aware of it. The Force is, in Force sensitives, driven by one's emotions and becomes and extension of them. Unlike natural energy, which is something external to the user that he learns to manipulate, The Force is the link between any and everything, living and inanimate, meaning that one is part of the Force and as such, one imbues the Force with ones "print". Because they are part of the Force, their link to it becomes responsible by many of their unique traits. Connected with the Force they are beacons of vitality and their chakras are very powerful and resilient. The uses of The Force come in 3 main areas, regarding how the Force is used and for what: Force Sense, Force Alter and Force Control. Vitality As the Force is stronger in them and brews and resonates inside them, it becomes the source of a great vitality. Their strong chakra enables them high stamina but also increased physical prowess when compared with normal ninjas (this translates in higher than normal dexterity, agility, reactions and overall perfected movement which translates into precision and pin point accuracy in weapon aiming and wielding as well as hand to hand combat). Because of this some have effectively resisted age. While they end up maturing at variable ages, at which point their ageing process is stopped, many have lived well beyond the limits of Men. The Force is where they take nurishment from and its their own will that keeps them living. A saying exists in the clan that says “While one wishes it, the Force will keep him alive”, pertaining to the fact that if they lose their will to live, they do perish and die. While they can potentially live forever, they are not immortal and can succumb to any injury that would affect a normal ninja. Their life Force increases their resistance to poisons and radiation or toxins as the Force can be used to negate these effects. However, this is not a passive trait and requires great skill, meditation and the use of specific Force Control techniques which not all Force sensitives know. Physical Divergence Binkan don't share a common genetic background or origin, leaving upon the Force to shape their existance, making it so that they don't have common physical traits. Instead, they tend to be very diverse yet always somehow different from a normal human. Be it by simple details like skin color or eye color to other more noticeable features like differently shaped pupils or pointed ears or a different number of fingers or even limbs, extra high height or extra low height, fur, etc etc. The overall physical characteristics of the clan are as diverse as the origins of each of its members although following the overall human or humanoid condition of Men. To some extent, in late years, some Jedi’s have come to believe that this is due to ones own will and how it makes the Force affects ones body. This characteristic is accentuated as the Force sensitive dwells deeper in either the Light Side or the Dark Side of the Force. The Dark Side tends to corrupt the body (although this isn't always the case), changing some aspects which acquire a "decayed", corrupted or "darker" feature. The eyes can become red, the skin gains scars and appears to age faster, the voice becomes deeper and raspier, etc. While these changes don't actually affect the user besides the aesthetics of his body, they do tend to escale as the user dwells more and more into the dark side. On the other hand, the Light Side tends to make the user more aesthetically appealing. Eyes tend to become lighter in color, generally blue or grey. The hair tends to become lighter and the user exudes a calm and soothing presence, otherwise seeming more aligned with what one describe as being Good. Enhanced Memory and Knowledge Because of their own abilities Binkan members have extremely good memories. They can remember virtually anything from the moment they became aware of the world around them to the moment they die with great accuracy and detail. Adding this to their omniscience, Binkan clan members acquire great knowledge. They can understand most techniques they are faced with or, by that matter, almost anything they are faced with, in a split second. They can know how a technique is created, it's drawbacks, it's flaws, it's weaknesses and its strengths. They can't copy techniques though but they can know everything about something and use it to devise a feasible and viable counter on the spot. While useful in combat this ability serves them well in other areas. Jedis, for example, have great common sense driven by their wisdom and experience, acting with a levelled mind in any situation and figuring out solutions for any problem. Siths, on the other hand, have an unatural cunning towards breaking down an opponents mind through speech and emotional taunting. Overall, their intellect is such that they cant even be compared to a clan of genius like the Uchiha, as their level of intelligence and knowledge is in a completely different level. However they are still bound by the human condition, reacting in reflexive manners similar to any human and being bound by most of the same basic rules. Force Sense The Force Sensitive's main ability and that from which most of their other characteristics come from is their omniscience. It pertains to the ability to know everything that is happening at that moment in time around themselves. Its more than a simple sensory ability as the user doesn't actually sense things; he knows them. The broader spectrum of such abilities is given by what can be known: the position of every single molecule around, the shifting and movements of any energy, the thoughts of someone around the person, the sounds made, the movements made by a person, etc etc. The Force Sensitive is an all knowing person of all that is happening around him at that moment. A passive ability of all clan members, its strength grows as the Binkan grows stronger within their own clan to the point it can be used to even foresee a glimpse of the future. Called Foresight, it is an unique ability only certain grand masters possess, which can only be used a limited number of times (3 times per battle) but enables the user to focus and use the Force as pathway to let his mind travel through the path of time. Generally, the Binkan see only glimpses of what will happen in the following minutes but some have seen distance futures. The same ability can be used in a opposite manner, knowing or gaining knowledge of what has been or has passed. This variation, which is quite rare amongst the binkan, is called Psychometry and is an ability used by Binkan to track enemies or acquire knowledge of events long gone throught contact with a given object or person (can be used 3 times per battle). This overall ability is based on their connection to the Force and their awareness to it. The force connects every and anything together and by being aware of it, the Force Sensitive becomes aware of everything connected with it. Force Alter This is one of the core basic abilities of Binkan members in combat. Through their connection to the Force, Binkan members can use their will and chakra to control, alter or simply affect the world around them using the Force as a medium. As the Force is inter twined with the fabric of existance, they use their connection and ability to manipulate the Force to will it to affect the world around them. They can grab objects with the Force, manipulate the forces of physics or nature around them, etc etc. The applications of using the Force are only limited by the mind of the one who wields it, including his knowledge of the Force and is inate Force potential. Off course, these abilities have limits. As an extension from their bodies, the user, most of the time, must use body movements (hand gestures, leg movements, etc) to induce and sustain such control and produce the desired effect, as well as concentrate and focus. The user is also bound by some limits, one of them being their skill level within the clan and the other their own chakra reserves. Force Control This ability of the Force is based upon the usage of the Force to control oneself. From body functions to speed, strength, agility, chakra reserves, etc. The user can use the Force and exerts his or her will upon his or her body and execute actions that would otherwise be impossible to execute. Healing, chakra recovery, stamina regneration are all abilities that can be used through Force Control depending on the users own mastery over the Force. Its also the use of Force Control that enables the user to use Saber Combat and Acrobatics. Its using this ability that Binkan can affect the minds of others or their bodies through the Force. Jedi's tend to use these abilities to confuse others, read their thoughts or simply heal or protect them. Stih use this ability to torture the minds of others, break their will or do damage their body through corruption. Saber Combat and Acrobatics Because of their enhanced and perfected perception, Force Sensitives are overall, great close combat experts. Their inhuman physical prowess enables them to use the Force to do physical feats that would otherwise be unable to be done and their agility and perception enables them to use almost perfect combat forms and stances. Taijutsu was soon considered by the binkan limited in both the offensive and defensive power it can bestow the user, since he or she is bound by the limits of their own flesh. As such, Binkan turned to the use of swords in combat, using thier aforementioned physical abilities to combine it with normal Taijutsu. Their enormous agility and physical prowess enabled them to wield the famous Chakra Sabers and the Way of the Force, a Fighting Style that combines Force manipulation, taijutsu and the use of Chakra Sabers. Chakra Saber Chakra Sabers are simple chakra swords wielded by every Jedi and Sith. A small hilt engraved in countless Kanji inscriptions focuses the users chakra and produces a blade of pure chakra. This mass-less blade doesn’t emanate heat or any other force of energy until it connects with something. At that point, the chakra becomes able to cut through most materials quite easily, as the moment the chakra blade touches matter, heat is produced which cuts through it. The blade itself can also be used to deflect projectiles or interact with energy based attacks. Because the blade lacks weight, it also lacks momentum and impact, relying on the cutting abilities to deliver damage. This also makes the blades quite tasking to wield, requiring enormous concentration and focus. Some variations exist to suit the users fighting style, with longer or shorter ones, with the blade's color varying between individuals. The saber Staff is a variation, where a larger hilt produces two oppossing blades, one at each end. The saber is not always active, off course, with the user needing to exectue a mental command and fuel his chakra into it to activate its blade. The cost of using the saber is 5 chakra points per turn, 10 if dual wielded or if its a saber staff.

Ancient History Barney was born in a small, snowy village in the Land of Water, a land that had suffered from war not long before. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people. Those with kekkei genkai quickly became feared and hated for their abilities, out of concern that their existence would only bring about more war.

Frozen Palace Barney lived with his father in a small house. They had an insouciant life and they lived peacefully. Barney never met his mother as she died when she gave birth. The only memory Barney had about his mother was an old and shredded picture. Barney often asked his father about his mother but he always tried to find a way to avoid the conversation. "Dad, how did you meet my mother? Ah son, one day I'll tell you the whole story of how I met your mother." His father didn’t like to talk about Barney’s mother. To that day there were only two known living Yuki members who possessed the rare kekkei genkai, a kid named Haku and his mother. After Haku found out that he possessed the rare power himself he proudly showed it to his mother, who was horrified by what she saw. She harshly scolded and slapped Haku for displaying his ability, though she tearfully apologized to him afterward. Unbeknownst to them, Haku's father had seen everything from the shadows. When Haku's father discovered that his wife and child possessed a kekkei genkai, he assembled a small mob of villagers, whose part was Barney’s father. With tears flowing down his eyes, he killed his wife. He then attempted to kill Haku but before he could, Haku used his Ice Release to create several large ice spikes in order kill his father and the rest of the mob. From that day everyone knew that Haku was the only left Yuki member and the only carrier of the kekkei genkai. Barney never forgave Haku for killing his father so he decided to train hard and he wanted to confront Haku and fight him to revenge his father in a fair and all out battle to death. "One day I will find you and I will kill you." As years passed Barney was fueled by that hatred and he kept letting his feelings take over his actions. As he was becoming aware of the Force it was dragging him towards the dark side. During that period Barney was traveling all around the shinobi world and he visited a lot of villages where he stopped for a certain period of time looking for experienced shinobi in order to improve his skills. On his journey around the shinobi world he also met a lot of other people who helped him in different ways, to achieve his perfections.

Kirigakure After the night where half of his village was killed, including his father, Barney quickly packed his most essential stuff and ran away with the intention to never come back to his village, leaving all memories behind him in order to make room for hatred to grow and take place. The hatred fueled his ambition and he decided that his first station should be Kirigakure, the Village Hidden in the Mist. He knew that a lot of great shinobi originated from Kirigakure and he wanted to become one too. He heard all those stories about Mizukage Yagura, the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and the six-tails jinchūriki, Utakata. He looked up to Kisame and wanted to become a great shinobi like him. He knew that there was something within him and that he could easily surpass everyone and become the best. "I believe!" Once he entered the city he was amazed by its size and number of people. He knew that it was going to be tough but he had no choice. He started wandering around the city, looking for food in trash cans and stealing from traders in the market. To be able to steal stuff he had to be quick and smart, wait for the right moment. He found this as the first training and he always gave his best or otherwise he would end up hungry and disappointed and it's hard to fall asleep hungry during a cold night, on the street.

Apple booth One day he tried to steal an apple from a booth he always used to steal from and a mysterious guy caught him. He grabbed his hand and made him throw the apple back. "No. You are better than that." They exchanged a very deep and truthful look and in that moment Barney managed to pluck his hand out of this guy’s grip and run away. Later that day, the mysterious man found Barney hiding in an alley, eating the very same apple he tried to steal earlier. "Hey there, my name is Gobi Gobletsson and I'd like to teach you. There is something about you and I'm sure I can help you." At first Barney was confused but then he remembered the look in Gobi's eyes and decided to join him. Gobi then took a new, big and red apple out of his pocket and gave it to Barney with a big grin on his face. "Here, this should ease your hunger. Thank you," replied Barney.

Dark woods As they spent their time together, wandering around the woods and undergoing a tough regime, Barney’s physical strength rose and Barney became faster and aware of his capabilities. In Gobi's presence he managed to control himself and not let his feelings interrupt his training. Clearing his mind was one of the main stepping stones in order to improve as a taijutsu fighter and that was what kept Barney from letting his feelings take over. Once Gobi decided that Barney is top fit he started teaching Barney some real taijutsu techniques. He enjoyed watching while Barney repeated all those moves over and over again. "Well done, Barney! Well done" he said. Eventually Gobi ran out of teachable techniques and he told Barney that he enjoyed his company and that he has to return back to his village, but he offered him an escort to the Village Hidden in the Clouds. There he met up with Solf who took him as his student and taught him everything he knew about lightning. Even though Barney enjoyed Solf's company he didn’t like the lightning element that much. "You know sensei, I want to thank you for teaching me but I like water more than lightning!" He always knew that water is going to be his main element and he felt the connection with water from his first steps.

Kumogakure After mastering lightning he took out his Shinobi World map and his two kunai. He fixed the map on a tree with one and threw the other kunai at the map. Where the kunai lands, that would be his next stop. "Let's see. Come on, I wanna go somewhere interesting." The choice fell on Kirigakure, the city where he started from. "Oh maaan, seriously?" Three years passed since the events at Yukigakure, but he had it behind him, long ago. He clenched his fists and teeth and left Kumogakure. "Farewell." On his way back to Kirigakure he met a funny guy named Zancrow. They were the total opposite of each other and that’s why they became so good friends. Barney was a passionate and self-centered person while Zancrow was selfless and caring. It seemed like they wouldn't go along but Barney really needed a person to share all his stories and someone to laugh with. "I'm glad I met you, Zan," said Barney. He was finally happy that he found someone like Zancrow. The trip to Kirigakure was pretty fast and once they entered the city he noticed that nothing changed. He stood on the same place as three years ago, looking at the same picture. Following a deep breath, Barney exhausted what seemed like the word "Home." They agreed that the first thing they need to do is, look for a place to stay. They found a small shack for a few miserable Kumi. Second thing to do was looking for some food. Across the street was a ramen shop, perfect place, they both agreed. As they entered the ramen shop and ordered their food, they noticed a mysterious woman, sitting in the corner and talking silently to herself. "...and then I will slit your throat carefully and gently. You won't even feel it. It will be quick and without pain. Please, my love, trust me..." she kept saying repeatedly. With obvious shock on their faces they started staring at her and she felt it. Suddenly she turned her head and gave them a scary look which froze them both. It was a very drunk and oblivious lady by the name Mephistopheles.

Ramen shop As they got their food she invited them to her table and they had to accept the invite, or else they knew that things wouldn’t end well for them. "Come here, come here" she said as she drunkenly waved her hand. As they finished their meal and found out that she is a Sensei they asked her if she could teach them water techniques and she gladly accepted it, but with one condition: "I need a place to crash!" Luckily their rooms were right across the street, so they carried her to Barney’s room. Barney decided to spend the night outside so he found a nice tree and made himself comfy. In the morning Zancrow woke him up and told him that Mephistopheles is gone and that she left a note. It said: "Sorry guy’s I had some important business to finish, thanks for the room!" They agreed that she won’t escape easily with this and they found her later that evening in a bar, drunk again. They took her back to the room but this time they booth decided to stay and watch over her. In the morning they caught her while trying to sneak out again. In order to stop her Barney had to use the Lightning Release Technique, creating a few small lightning bolts directed at her. As they hit her she fell on the ground, paralyzed. "No escaping, this time sensei" they said and when Mephistopheles came back to normal she agreed to teach them.

Training lake They started the training on a nearby lake, and their first task was to walk over the lake without getting wet. The guys found it impossible so Mephistopheles had to demonstrate it. After many tries they finally made it, which made her proud. They spent almost six months training with Leaf. They pranked her constantly and Barney loved to add a bit of lightning to his water techniques in order to electrocute the water and make the attacks stronger. He was finally happy because he got to learn his favorite element. "One day I will surpass even the greatest Kirigakure ninja!" Sadly, the day came when Zancrow had to leave them and return back to his village. Barney stood there with Mephistopheles, watching his best friend leaving, but he faced it. That is reality and it sometimes hurts and there was nothing he could do. We'll meet one day again, my friend! I promise." After Zancrow's departure, Mephistopheles told Barney that she’d like to teach Barney earth techniques too, which Barney accepted with pleasure. They started the hard work and after several months Barney was able to protect himself easily against any upcoming danger. The time came for Barney to split up with Mephistopheles and continue his mission, to become the greatest shinobi ever.

Myobokuzan He decided that his next stop would be Konoha, the greatest of Five Great Shinobi Villages, simply for the fact that he didn't visit it yet. Just before the entrance gate he stumbled upon a tall and heavily cloaked man. The man asked Barney, "Hello there? Can I help you?" to which Barney replied, "I'd like to enter Konoha and you're standing in my way." After a hysterical laugh told Barney, "Oh, is that so? Well, in that case you may proceed." He moved out of Barney's way and continued walking away from the village. That's when Barney saw the huge sign on the back of his cloak. Later he established that it symbolized Myobokuzan. "Hey, where are you going? Myobokuzan. Myo-what?", Barney asked. What followed was the tall guy presenting himself as Nocturnal and telling the story of Myobokuzan, about how perfect it was and he told Barney that he can show him, if he wants to see it for himself. "Sure, why not?" Barney decided to join the cloaked man but he never let his guard down. Once they arrived, Barney couldn’t believe his eyes. It was the most beautiful place he ever saw with his eyes. A place of utopia, land of the toads, Mount Myobokuzan. It was so unusual for him. He was used to cold and dark places but the life he has been living recently was everything but not what he liked, yet he kept going and didn't complain. It was the true Barney following his destiny. Nocturnal wanted to introduce Barney with the other toads, Mockingbird, Crocodile, Hyperion, Nafan, Zombie, Faust, Damon Salvatore, Mercy, Sheldon Cooper, Kushan, Kagutsuchi, Bluetengel, Hellsbadass, Dino, Tobeh, Rihari, Kurapika, Dracule, Alternative, Drizzeh, Lawliet and finally their Pa, Gamahiro. The time he spent with them was the best time of his life. All the good and bad memories, funs and laughs, ups and downs. They became a new family to Barney and he decided never to forget them. During his stay in Myobokuzan, Nocturnal taught Barney some fire techniques, which he mastered easily, making Nocturnal proud and happy. One day, suddenly, a strange person appeared at Mount Myobokuzan and wanted to talk with their Pa, Gamahiro. After the long and exhausting talk Gamahiro passed the message to his little tadpoles, "We are forced to leave because a certain someone is after the secret powers, lying underneath Mt. Myobokuzan. The person that came to warn us is Zise and he wants to destroy Mt. Myobokuzan in order to conceal the powers and destroy them once and for all, in order to stop the evil person from obtaining them." This event completely threw Barney from his tracks. When he finally thought he found happiness he lost everything once again. He didn't know where to go or what to do with himself. The hatred consumed him faster than ever before and he was on the brink of becoming a Sith. All Barney needed was guidance from a Sith Lord.

Amegakure With a hatred fueled heart and tears in his eyes Barney had to leave Mt. Myobokuzan and he couldn’t forget the fact that he could never come back to the place that made him so happy. His desperation and anger brought him to Amegakure, the Village Hidden in the Rain. The rain was the best way to describe his current feelings. It was dark, cold and wet, exactly as he was used to. There he met a guy called Faith, who was an expert with water techniques. Barney decided that he wanted to improve his skills with water as it was his primary elemental affinity and his favorite element. "If you want to master the water then you have to become one with it. You have to flow with it and you have to feel it." Faith taught him a lot of useful tricks and showed him all advanced techniques, afterwards calling Barney a master of water techniques. Barney just fulfilled his dream of becoming a water master, however he was blinded by the anger and he fueled it towards only one goal: find and kill Haku. "The day is coming."With only one element left to learn he made his way to Sunagakure, the Village Hidden in the Sand. There he met with Oraan who agreed to teach him wind techniques and after a couple of months of hard training Barney was almost at the end, until a strange event occurred. During the training, Oraan tried to be as helpful as possible and that bugged Barney a bit, because he was overly helpful. "Alright, listen, don't worry if you can't perform the technique. We can always try later when you rest a bit. No! I want to do it now", replied Barney. "Fine, then I'll help you then." Oraan created an ice technique to aid Barney and this shook him completely. He was out of his mind and he couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was impossible. It couldn't be true. While executing the technique on Oraan’s clones Barney suddenly switched to the real one and attacked him, which almost killed Oraan. His inner Sith was restless and wanted to come out. He was so blinded that he saw Haku inside of Oraan. "WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?" Barney had a flashback and he saw Haku killing his father, the mysterious man destroying Myobokuzan, everyone he knew turning their back on him and leaving. They ended in a fight, and one of them would probably die if Sunagakure guards didn’t stop them. Barney was forced to leave Sunagakure and never come back.

Recent History Upon realizing that Konohagakure is the only village that he didn't visit yet he packet his stuff, without wasting a second. Tears were dripping down his face but he didn't even feel it from all the rain and his soaked clothes. "F**k all of this." In Konoha, Barney visited the first ramen shop he saw and there he met a very old guy called Scorps. Scorps turned out to be a great person and a very smart and knowledgeable guy. Since Scorps was the Hokage's 1st assistant, he decided to take Barney as his personal student and teach him everything he knows. Scorps knew. Barney's destiny brought him here and Scorps was the one to turn him on the right path. They started off with genjutsu, a very powerful and useful set of techniques. Being Scorps' personal student made Barney very happy and he decided not to let his favorite Sensei and life teacher down. "I will cherish this knowledge and I will make you proud! One day I will surpass your genjutsu usage! Trust me! Hahaha," Barney laughed with his whole heart. Together, they managed to finish genjutsu and ninjutsu lessons and as a present for the very hard work Scorps decided to teach Barney a few of his own tricks. For being such a good student and excellent shinobi, Scorps agreed to teach Barney sealing techniques, called Fuuinjutsu and some of his own advanced genjutsu techniques, turning Barney into a genjutsu master of the highest caliber. "I know you will surpass me. I believe in you." While one day, Barney was wandering across the Land of Fire, he stumbled upon some old ruins that were clearly abandoned decades ago. His picky and curious nature led him to explore the ruins even if he knew that it wasn't the best idea.

Forgotten Uzumaki ruins While exploring the ruins he was very careful not to touch anything and he thought twice before making a new step, because only god knows what kinds of traps there might be. He felt a strange presence and he had to explore it. Everything went very well until he came to, what seemed to be the last room, a huge empty hall with writings all over the walls. Again carefully, Barney proceeded to examine the walls and he found, what he believed to be, long lost writings of the Uzumaki Clan. He was most certain that those writings were some old forbidden techniques so he blindly went to copy them into his scrolls. After finishing, he decided that it would be the best that he leaves as fast as possible before something goes wrong. Upon entering Konoha, he finally knew he was safe again. Even though it was night and most of the village was sleeping, something was telling him that Scorps was awake. He was right. When he crashed into his room Scorps was shocked and asked him, "Where have you been all day? I was looking all over the village for you? Do you know what time it is?" To that, Barney replied, "I was examining some lost old ruins. You wouldn't believe what I found there", with a lot confidence on his face. As an answer, Scorps smacked Barney's head but still started asking details. "Here, check this." Upon finally taking out the scrolls and showing them to him, Scorps lost all his color immediately. In an instant, Scorps turned from a nicely sunbathed guy to completely white dead-looking oldie. "Get those scrolls the hell out of here! IMMEDIATELY!!" Barney grunted, "but sensei!?! Please, listen to me. What if we can decipher these and learn some secret techniques. Please tell me what you know about these as they seem suspiciously familiar to you." A few moments later Scorps calmed down and he told Barney that those scrolls contained long lost Kinjutsu techniques of the Uzumaki Clan and he agreed to share his knowledge about those when he sees fit.

Barney as a Binkan Weeks later, the moment has come when Scorps decided to tell Barney that he was a Force sensitive and share his knowledge about the Force. "I know it's all so knew and hard for you to understand but I need you to remain calm and not freak out. Listen to me closely and I will guide you properly. Trust me." Scorps was the Grand Master of the clan and he knew everything. He knew that Barney would burn with desire to learn new powers but in order to do so, first he had to learn how to control himself. He had to learn how to contain his feelings and not let them take over. Only then could he start learning about The Force. Years passed but Barney's dedication never lessened. One day, Scorps decided to share his knowledge with Barney so he started explaining while Barney listened carefully and patiently. Not once has Scorps mentioned the dark side because he wanted to make sure that Barney never dwells around there again. "...the light is your guide..." After completely understanding The Force, Barney started to apply it in his battles. His Force Sensing has become comparable even to Scorps. His Force Alter and Force Control were superb and he was really a promising Padawan. He became very skilled with the Chakra Saber and Scorps even decided to gift him one as a present for becoming a Jedi Knight. "Congratulations! I knew this day would come. You deserve your own chakra saber! Wield it with care because it's a dangerous weapon! Haha, now go slice some cake with it," Scorps bursted with laugher. It didn't take long until Barney obtained another one and started mimicking Scorps with his two chakra sabers. Over the course of years Barney has proven himself to be a good and true person, worthy of calling himself a Jedi. Worthy of the Grand Master title.

Grand Role Play Tournament Biggest RP tournament so far, they called it. It really was the biggest tournament held for the shinobi's across the whole ninja world, taking most competitors from the 5 Great Villages. Barney found himself as one in the mass, among all those other, great and promising ninjas. As the tourney started Barney's probably most difficult fight was against Xanthe, a persistent and merciless ninja, who drove him to the utmost limits. Winning that fight put him up against one of his best friends, Dante, who beat him and shoved him down, into the losers bracket. "It was a good fight Dante, but don't think this is over. I'm coming for you and I will be breathing at your neck in each of your further battles until my breath is the last one that you will ever feel." Being in the losers bracket gave Barney more confidence and hope, to get to the finals. The path wasn't easy and he didn't expect it to be. He fought against some of the best ninja alive, being Riku and KeotsuEclipse. It wouldn't of course be fair not to mention that he had a tough time fighting General Teno, Igneel and Kerrah. After he won against Kerrah, nothing could wipe away the joy from his face when he found out that he's matched up against Dante, again. "Told you." Oh those tears of joy, they carried him and he knew that he could pay Dante back for throwing him into the losers bracket so early. And he did it, he really beat Dante this time, showing the world that he is not some clown to be messed with, and he assured the 3rd spot in the tournament. With the 3rd spot assured he had to fight Zero Kelvin who became the last obstacle to the throne, being that Mugiwara forfeited from the battle for the first place and the chance to take the crown himself. |
Battle for the title After the battle against Zero Kelvin, in the finals, he was severely injured and without the help of a few medical shinobi who knows how long he would live. Luckily they saved his life and he was very grateful for it. "It's an honor. We've both achieved quite something in this Tournament. I've never reached the finals before; not even close," said the Inuzuka. He said that the battle against the Inuzuka was his favorite battle so far and that he enjoyed it even though he lost. Losing the battle, wasn't the worst thing in his life. He still got the 3rd place and the 7SM sword, which was more than he ever wanted. Knowing that he found himself a worthy opponent Barney told Zero, "Hey, I want to find you again one day, but with a different ending."

Present day Currently, there's not much going on in Barney's life. He established him self as an accomplished man and there wasn't much more to do for him. He finished many minor arts along the way, such as: kenjutsu with Jacob Moore, fuuinjutsu with Gobi Gobletsson, NB taijutsu with Madara Uchiha and the Sound element with Xylon. One of the more important recent events was meeting his very good and old friend -Cobalt-. After hearing that -Cobalt- became a sensei, Barney couldn't believe it. "NO WAY MAN!! HAHA! YOU GOTTA TEACH ME SOMETHING COOL!" He was very happy for his friend, so happy that he made a party just to celebrate his new title. The party didn't go well as planned because Barney had a few drinks too much, so he only became a burden for -Cobalt- to care after. The next morning, with a massive headache and a sore stomach, Barney was dying for water. After asking -Cobalt- for some water, that gave -Cobalt- an idea. He decided to teach Francium to Barney, his own personal element. "I don't know how to thank you enough. I love you man!" Even after learning Francium Barney knew that he has still, a long way to go. He didn't think about it. He wanted to enjoy the current moments with the people he loved and shared his life with, Konohagakure ninja. Together with the others, he was considered a healthy part of the family tree which was supposed to grow straight, towards the sky, because the sky was the only limit. Every branch that stepped away, to the side, from the imaginary path, was bound to be cut of.

Tree of Life Throughout the history, a lot of sick branches were cut of, and instead of weakening the family tree it only made it healthier and more powerful, thanks to Scary Yamato who has shown himself to be a great leader and the best life teacher. Barney was kinda getting older, for a fact, he knew that he was entering his prime age and it was a delight seeing all those new generations of shinobi, growing from day to day, fighting, training and getting stronger. Nothing could replace that joy, the joy that flew through his veins when he was a child like them. He knew the feeling so he wanted to give the youth the best care he could. He became Konoha's Tournament Organizer. Upon establishing himself in the new position he prepared a very interesting and unique tournament for the youngest and the rewards for participating were extraordinary. Being a helpful, well-known and loved shinobi is every shinobi's dream. He became that, at least he thought so. His actions lead him to becoming the Rokudaime Hokage, leader of the Konoha's youth. He was chosen to lead the people, his villagers. It was a new experience for him and he didn't take it lightly. He was careful about what he was doing but he made mistakes on each corner. After failing to overtake Kumogakure he decided that he was not ready for the task and he deserted his village. He abandoned his brethren in the midst of a war. He became a sick branch and he cut himself loose. "I'm sorry. I have failed you." He betrayed them... |
Red dawn After betraying Konoha in such a delicate period, the event was heard out throughout the whole ninja world and the Akatsuki reached out to him quickly. A person with such history, power and connections was what the Akatsuki leader Lili-Chwan was looking for. She knew as well. She was a fierce, brute and troublesome woman that was known for her deception abilities. Their first confrontation was simple and straight forward. She started the talk by saying, "Barney Stinson of the Binkan clan. I'm glad to meet you." That period of Barney's life was difficult and he didn't know the right answer. He wanted to believe that it is the right path so he chose it, not knowing what he's stepping into.

Red dawn of the Akatsuki Plotting, scheming and backstabbing were the traits of Akatsuki. There were no rules except one, you do what you want. Although being officially tied to the Land of Water because of the their hideouts Barney didn't feel the connection. Yes, he was a born Kirigakurean but from personal experience he knew that it brought him nothing but misery. Every time he set foot in the Mist, his memories would awake. Memories of his painful, lonely and hatred-filled childhood. Soon after, he made himself a vital part of the organization and became close friends with the leader, Lili-Chwan. He witnessed the change of Akatsuki and watched as his friends left and new faces took their spots. Soon, he was one of the oldest members along with Gobi Gobletsson, his sensei. The members changed but the philosophy always stayed the same. Kill and don't get killed. Soon, the Mist has gotten themselves in some trouble and rouge ninjas from all over the world formed their own land called Otogakure. They announced a war against the Mist and the Mist blamed the Akatsuki for starting the war. They sent out messenger birds to chase down Akatsuki members and they demanded that they get back to the village as soon as possible to clean the mess. Upon receiving his letter and reading it, Barney folded it into a ball and threw it away, ignoring the Mist. Soon, Akatsuki decided to sever their connection to the Mist. "Finally." Barney enjoyed the current state of the Akatsuki and his position within it. Tale of a disciple During one of his many journeys across the Ninja World, Barney stumbled upon an interesting fella. He was in Konohagakure at that time, doing some official business and taking care of certain things. You can call it "tying loose ends", if you will. On times it was stressful and he liked to relax and froget about the work for a bit. As usually, he found the best spa resort and made himself comfortable in the pool. The water was bubbling and soothing and before all relaxing, which was exactly what Barney needed. "Aaaahh, this is so good. I need to do this more often. Screw Lili's boring missions. They can wait." He closed his eyes and dropped his focus, concentrating on nothing but darkness and silence. Suddenly, his concentration was broken. A few very loud thumping noises forced Barney to open his eyes and there he saw a youngster, trying to sneak onto Barney but failing miserably. Upon being asked who he was and what does he want, he said, "I'm your biggest fan. I've heard the awesome stories about you and someone told me that you're in Konoha so I had to meet you. I know you're a sensei and I want you to train me." Barney was struck dumb and without a word. First few seconds he didn't know what to say and then finally, he burst in laughter and told the guy that he is too awesome to just teach somebody and that he should first learn how to pick up ladies before being eligible to be trained by Barney. The youngster was sad but he seemed determined. He left and disappeared for a few days. During that time Barney thought that he got rid of the pest but then he found him again, while enjoying a drink in the tavern after the very hard work. Actually it was the other way around. "Hey Sensei!!!" shouted the young lad. Barney turned around only to be shocked by the view. The youngster was surrounded by a few gorgeous babes and Barney did feel a bit jealous. "I said chicks, ladies, not hookers, god damnit! Your money and wealth can't help you get trained by me." When Barney said that the girly bunch jumped at him, screaming and punching him while yelling, "Who do you call a hooker?" The joungster told Barney that he didn't pick up hookers and that he legitimately made friends with the girls. After managing to convince Barney, he decided to invite them to his table and ordered a couple of drinks. What followed was a wild party, one that Barney would never forget.

Barney and Jayce That day, Barney made a new friend. A new wingman. "I'm Jayce by the way. I'm glad you gave me the chance to be your student, I will give my best and I won't disappoint you." Barney certainly hoped so and he did well by chosing him. He quickly grew close to Barney and they indeed were the perfect tag team. They were so happy together that they decided to open a bar together, one day. It was their ultimate dream and retirement plan. After Barney taught him everything he knew, Jayce turned out to be a very skillful and powerful ninja. His determination to be better than his sensei has driven him towards the goal. And he was on the right track. With the shown skill he was able to get himself a spot within the fabled Akatsuki and finally tag along his sensei, properly. Last rumors report that the perfect Akatsuki tag team has been spotted in the Dawn Tavern, making their way to Konohagakure where they were disguised into travelers for official business. Their goal was still a secret but it was bound to be unveiled soon enough. Who knows, maybe the rumors were just that, rumors. |

The Resonator
Kyōshin-ki | The Resonator Type: Weapon Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A Damage Points: N/A Description: The Resonator is a legendary shinobi weapon, developed during the establishing era of Otogakure. Since the villagers of Otogakure were known for their ability to control sound and soundwaves they wanted to develop a weapon to complement their talent. As the outcome, The Resonator was made. Regarding its looks, it's not much different than a regular katana. However, since a book shouldn't be judged by its covers, neither should this weapon. Its real power lies within it. The Resonator is actually shallow, having an elongated cavity within it, with a long and thin needle inside it. The cavity is barely a few millimeters in diameter, enough for the needle to be positioned in the middle and still have space to move around. The purpose of the needle is to react to soundwaves. As a soundwave comes across the blade, the needle starts vibrating and tapping on the inside walls of the hole, enhancing the soundwaves and transferring them through the hilt, into the users hand, informing him of the incoming soundwaves. The user, having full mastery of the Sound release, is supposed to know a variety of different frequencies and by the way the needle vibrates, he can distinguish incoming soundwaves, without even hearing them. The weapon is slightly bigger than a regular katana in both thickness and length, in order to make sure that it doesn't lose on sturdiness because of the hole within it. The weapon is made from a special steel called Tamahagane and it consists of several layers of this material, making it very strong and firm. Because of the technique used to make it, it's considered indestructible and it's edge is very hard to dull. The resonating needle and its ability are considered passive because they are built into its structure, while the weapon also has an unique ability that the user can activate upon his wish, using the resonating frequency. However, this active ability can only be used twice per battle and it can't be used in consecutive turns. Each of the basic five elements has it's own frequency and when the user uses one of them, they produce a sound, unless it's stated otherwise in the description of the jutsu. As the sound of the jutsu hits the sword and the needle resonates at the certain frequency its vibration creates a, so called reverberation, which simply requires the user to swing the sword in order to release the soundwave and cast a weak genjutsu onto the opponent. The swing should be performed immediately after or in conjunction with the previous jutsu in order to maximize its effectiveness. The genjutsu would be B ranked and simple and straightforward. In the genjutsu, the user would change the way the opponent perceives the incoming jutsu. He could make the jutsu change its trajectory and make it appear as if the jutsu if following an arc or such. Since it's an audiovisual genjutsu, the sound would correspond the visual trajectory of the jutsu. Of course, all effects are bound to the rules of Narutoverse and are required to be as realistic as possible, again concentrating on its effectiveness. Ninja Tools Assortment
Barney has a wide assortment of kunai, shuriken and other various ninja tools stored in his pouches. He keeps the pouches tied on his thighs for easy access. He caries smoke bombs, flash bombs, wires, paper tags, seals and other tools. He also carries small, durable pills filled with water which are easily broken when the user throws them or when he applies pressure. Chakra Sabers
As a Grand Master of the Binkan clan, Barney carried two Chakra Sabers with him. They had very high sentimental value to him and he was careful not to lose them. He was very skilled using them and only a few managed to survive his strikes. The color of his sabers is red for an unknown reason.
