TOP SECRET assignement for all FC members (if you want)

If all goes smoothly, I'll be dropping my shocking, controversial thread regarding Itachi this Wednesday (I figure that's a good time, since a lot of people are online waiting for the new manga chapter to come out).

As you probably know, I like to put a GIF at the beginning of my threads to set the mood. Truth be told, all of my previous threads in this series were with a GIF provided by someone else. So, I figured I should keep up the tradition and ask again

I'm looking for something... mysterious.
That's because I'm assuming the role of "Detective Magatsu" (kidding. sort of.), and solving two mysteries which have haunted NB since the dawn of time.

So, if you come across anything that fits the description, feel free to put it here. Thanks in advance :hi:

just googling around and looking in tumblr

it's easy for itachi to have a mysterious expression but most of the gifs are more focused on rather killing expressions, sharingan and sad.

How does everyone feel about the manga ending in November?

Latest chapter made me like Sasuke less, and Naruto as well for that matter. xD Both are so unrealistic, whereas Sasuke is much worse since it's 100% hypocritical. Naruto will obviously win. Only a matter of time before Sasuke is tnj'd.

However, it'll be a combination of both their beliefs that will make the shinobi system right. So, they'll both technically win.

I don't want to see anymore flashbacks of Itachi. Love him, but I don't want Kishimoto to ruin him in any way. (There's always a possibility of that, a very low one with Itachi, but still.) He's great the way he is. <3

I severely disliked this last chapter. I thought I couldn't dislike Sasuke anymore but I was proven wrong today. What's worse, it was almost the EXACT argument that Sasuke fanboys were making all week long. :vincent:

As far as the manga goes, I'm both happy and sad that it's ending. It is time for it to end, yes, but I'm kind of afraid that Kishi is going to end it in a horrible way (i.e. nothing really gets resolved).

And I agree whole-heartedly about Itachi. He has played his role in the series and things need to progress from that.

As for how I feel about the manga ending... well... I suppose it's the right time. Obviously, I'd want the story to continue, but I definitely don't want to see it turn sour and end up not liking it anymore (which already happened to some). So in a way, now is the right time.

I know this sounds very shallow, but does anyone else feel less engaged in a series when their fav dies... to the point they don't want to continue? Even if Kishimoto makes the effort to include him in flashbacks. xD I just wanted to finish Shippuden, since it would be a waste not to after coming so far. Also, has anyone read the plot for "The Last". Translations state that there's something wrong with the moon, it's falling apart. And Naruto needs to find a way to save the world with his friends. That sounds pretty lame to be honest, at least in my opinion. xD

The only way I'd like a part 3 is if it had to do with the next generation. Focus on the children of the K11 and other friends.

I'd have to say that I generally feel the same way. It honestly depends on the plot. There are very few shows that have managed to keep my attention once my favorite character has left, but it has happened because of good story telling.

I've seen that plot translation as well. Really hoping there is more to it than the moon is falling.

Hmmm that's a tough question. Likely it'll be "d" for me. I'll come and go in waves...kind of like I've been doing except intentionally at that point.
