You forget about sage mode... and if you say sasuke's rinnegan.. thats a gift from Rikudo.. then Naruto gets his Rikudo powers. And Naruto still wins...

I wanna know If Ssauke will keep the new Susanoo and If Naruto combined sage mode to his new Rikudo mode he'd be as powerful as the sage himself. I love how they both just up their powers.

So Sasuke used his Susanoo as a source to hold the bijuu powers so now Sasuke can fly.

You said that Sasuke needed the bijuus to be on par with Naruto which is not necessarily the case. I as well think they will be equal in then end, but it could very well be that Naruto will get a power up.
Also this match could be a tie or Sasuke wins, but Sasuke is still able to change his mind, so...........

C'mon now this again? We are talking Rikudo SM not Frog SM. Much more powerful. Yes Naruto's Sage Mode can beat PS. just as Sasuke's PS can beat Naruto's SM. they are both due to Rikudo powerups so they balance each other out. just depends on who uses what better.
