He will still have the senjutsu of six paths.
That has nothing to do with bijuu as it was given by Hagoromo to Naruto....just like he gave Rinnegan to Sasuke.
If u want proof, Hagoromo doesn't have any bijuu chakra left but he still has his senjutsu of the six paths. Sasuke on the other hand with all the bijuu chakra doesn't have it.
Also Sasuke + chakra from all the tailed beasts = Naruto + half Kurama + tiny portion of bijuu chakra which almost depleted according to Sasuke.
So logic dictates that if u remove that Bijuu chakra from both, Naruto is stronger. U_U
And if u remove all the extra power....SM Naruto is still> MS Sasuke. U_U
