Yata according to the databook cause ALL attacks to "Lose Their Meaning" by "Changing its Properties"
Many People agree that is true but say that it provides only frontal defense thus having a weak point but many people over look the fact that the databook says that Yata "Has no physical form"... thus it can "change it's properties" including shape as displayed below.

Yata CAN form a 360 degree defense that blocks "all" attacks.

Theoretically Yata would simply shift its form under the user to block such an attack.

Of course this is merely speculation, but then again so is your assumption.

OP has given evidence that suggests that Yata has at least a limited degree of fluidity and reformation of structure. Whether this is able to be used in 360 degrees is to be debated, however.

I don't see the back so we not gonna debate on that and yes it's manga fact that yata changes its structure based on the attack but still does that look like the yata mirror? To me it just look like the chakra being pushed back , I don't know anyway my point is you can't determine that by the panel that OP gave
