Agreed, op. Kaguya, the Goddess of shinobi confirmed this via black Zetsu. It's an irrefutable fact. Itachi possesses the perfect offense and the perfect defense, these are mangafacts.

Obito's kamui is the best defense? The same kamui that allowed Obito to get torn to shreds by Konan's paper bombs? :devil:

Itachi: Mastered the sharingan aged 8.
Obito: Unlocked 2 tomoe sharingan aged 13.

Itachi: Anbu captain aged 13.
Obito: Genin/Chunin fodder aged 13.

Itachi: Unbeaten in the manga.
Obito: Defeated multiple times. Negged by Gai.

Itachi: Genius.
Obito: Dropout fodder.

Considering there's plenty of nins with speed beyond itachi's reaction (tobirama, minato, raikage, etc...) I would say that those plus the ninja's who could attack underground like hashi and kimimaro would be able to defeat this defense. I'm under the assumption Itachi has to know where the attack will be to make susanoo switch the mirror's position, so Tobirama and Minato should have no problem with that defense. Then you have distance fighters. Even gaara got inside of Madara's Susaano, I believe he could do that before itachi knew the sand was grabbing him from under him.

There's ways around it, it's probably the strongest defense in Naruto, but not the most versatile.
