Why did Naruto only have 3 Bijuu orbs behind him?

Well to begin with, they are called Truth-Seeking Balls which are comprised of many elements inclusive of Senjutsu therefore have no regard to Bijuu's, he most likely just activated only 3 on a whim and could activate more if he really wanted to.

The problem is, when kaguya was tracking the original naruto,didn't he have 9 again?

It makes no sense for him to lose gudou dama, since he deactivated that mode. Are the gudou dama so special that can be created only once?

Is it? Because I thought they were a power that came with the chakra of the 9 bijuu. After all, both madara and obito gained gudou dama. Ok, they were the juubi's jinchuriki, whereas naruto is the jinchuriki of all 9 bijuu, but there are similarities.

Also, another thing is: Didn't rikudou give them the seal only? The rinnegan and the RM were a result of the powers given to tehm(bijuu's chakra and hashi's DNA).

Sasuke confirmed that both his Rinnegan and Naruto's Gudoudamas were a gift from the Sage.

If not, Sasuke would have awoken the standard Rinnegan. It makes sense that Gudoudamas are 100% unique, as not even clones could reproduce them.

last time he won against kaguya, he only had 3 GDs behind him. and then he deactivated the RM. and when he reactivated RM, he got 3 again.

he used the GDs quite a lot, but he didnt control them to go back to him.

Hum, I see. Yeah, makes sense. So, we're working with this: Rikudou's gift improved the power up they would receive even further beyond, taking them to a level above, and somewhat completing them: Naruto, gaining the gudou dama, completing his RM, and sasuke getting an evolved rinnegan.

That's what you're saying, right? It's logical.

I feel like he should be able to regenerate more though. Regardless of how many he's lost.
