If you don't understand how Strength is measured, it's probably best to ask instead coming up with your method...

Strength: Displays not just arm and leg power, but full body muscular power.

Using Itachi as an example, he doesn't have 4.5 due to some convoluted "SSM" formula. He has 4.5 because he kick people into concrete walls and psychically hold his own against Sage Mode users.

Itachi has a 2.5 lol...

And who's to say you're correct, & I'm not? Who honestly cares. Just try it out, if you don't like it then quit tripping, and go make a thread saying DrProof was wrong yada yada yada I really don't care lmfao.

You're so observant. And what exactly do you think they base Ninjutsu off of? The vast arsenal, as well power of the Ninjutsu. Strength is all that, and more. Honestly, if you don't agree just hop out the thread, and leave it be. Honestly this is just a little experiment I want to see that provides legit Strength numbers.

Who cares.

Ninjutsu: Displays knowledge and proficiency in Ninjutsu, ninja techniques.

No, you are just butthurt because Gaara's overall databook score is low so you are making stupid excuses like this.

How old are we now homie? It's Naruto, quit acting your shoe size, and chill out. It's like you're the grouch of Narutobase or something. Go take some codeine, and relax.

Hm. That seem legit with Izanami, and Crown Clone. However, I wouldn't really place Crow Clone, and Izanami in the top offensives well due to Izanami having circumstances, and Crow Clone being beaten by say a Katon. Try substituting those two for a different Jutsu.

I.Choose your Character:

Itachi Uchiha (Haxed)

II.Pick 5 of the Characters Strongest Jutsu:

Amateratsu, Yasaka Magatama, Tsukiyomi, Susano'o, Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson

III.Rate the 5 Jutsu:

(a): Amateratsu - 4.5
(b): Yasaka Magatama - 4
(c): Tsukuyomi - 5
(d): Susano'o - 4.5
(e): Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson - 3.5

IV.Add, then divide the sum by 5:

4.5 + 4 + 5 + 4.5 + 3.5 =3.4

V.Now Scale It:

3.4 = 3.5 = Final Databook Strength Scoring = 3.5

That's what I got for Itachi.

I'd say Crow clone is Itachi's strongest and most versatile offensive and defensive jutsu. It was capable of distracting Kabuto, it is capable of forming into a clone that can attack, it is capable of dispersing when attacked and cast a genjutsu, it's capable of blitzing, etc. There's too many factors it grants for me not to add it, by far the most versatile of his abilities. Not to mention that if you re-did your calculations, you'd get 21.5/5, which is 4.3. And Izanami is still an offensive move and its circumstances are decided by the user, thus it would still be there and receive a 5.

Itachi has a 2.5 lol...

Someone gave Itachi 4.6. But basing it on his Ninjutsu makes no sense. As I explained Strength is based on full body power. For the record Itachi actually has 3.5 in Strength (fact).

And there's no point in trying out your bizarre formula; you made it up, because you did not know how Strength was calculated, but now that you know this this thread can die.

I suppose it's normal for someone as egotistical as you to feel a little emotional about that.

Databook says 2.5 :p no one has an ego here, you don't even know me and you're making assumptions like that homie. Why because I display my name in the title? It's my thing, who cares lol. You're taking this way to serious bud. Find your chill, and relax.

Nicely done DrProof

Although I personally feel that pure physical strength has the major say in it, because the offensive techs that make up the SSM actually fall under previous categories of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu.

Hypocrisy is unreal. I am relaxed "you don't even know me and you're making assumptions"

Also Itachi doesn't have 2.5 for Strength:

You must be registered for see images

But feel free to argue against explicit facts, seems to be commonplace here.

Someone's streanght should be defined by their ability to apply force.

If you can apply a greater force than someone else, you have greater "streanght"

Considering this, I agree with your method of including ninjustu, instead of defining streanght as a purely musular characteristic.

Why do you average the top five techniques though? A persons streanght is indicated by their greatest feat, not an average.

Most characters have a single trump card, - averaging out their streanght between their secondary abilities seems deceptive.

Unless the trump card has serious restrictions, it should be the sole factor in determining streanght.

Basically, the stronger the trump card- and the smaller drawback it has, leads to a skewed ranking.

Look at deidera

1) C4 ( Nano bombs) - 5
2) C3 ( dragon heat seeker missiles ) - 2
3) C2 ( fodder bombs) - 1
4) C1 ( super fodder, weak as explosive tag bomb - 1
5) suicide bomb ( 5)

5 + 5 + 2 + 1 + 1

14/5= 2.08

That's really a lowball, since deidera's best 2 moves are vastly superior to everything else.

Man, you don't want me to do this with Sasuke. Sasuke might break the scale.

You don't seem chill trying to be all witty lol. It's naruto my dude. Ah says 2.5 in the wiki someone needs to change that. Although I got that same exact scoring with this method
