Many people overhype this technique and assume dat Vaccum Palm will do something of damage or inflict pain when in reality it just pushes you back and doesn't cause any type of damage.
So How strong this tech in ur opinion discuss?

Oh I see I thought it was vacuum palm anyway I was refferring to Hiashi when I thought he was using Vacuum palm to knock down a juubi, not stupid cloak -_- so basically that means Neji could also do vacuum wall palm if he do both of his hand.

It was not Kisame atlhough. It was some jounin body took over by pein shapeshifting jutsu used by itachi and kisame to looks like them.

They were already dead according to sasori, so no hitting their vitals does nothing.

^^ I agree, this could actually perfecly explains why it failed to do what it main purpouse was instead we only saw side effect aka push which as not main point is much weaker.
